Have you ever had a phone that glitches a few times and causes you have to do a reset? Yes or no? Well I am doing that and it's not working! I think something is happening because my phone is glitching and I feel it has a mind of its own.

So please, if anybody can help me with this problem please, I am almost done! DONE! This has been going on forever, and I have had enough of this!
