So, this is an au where Ban is a pirate. Sorry if it's weird. Hope you enjoy it!

You tossed and turned. You stuffed your face into a pillow-only to immediately stop because you were about to suffocate.

You sighed in annoyance. You had been at this for hours. Trying to sleep just wasn't working out for you.

You sat up and sleepily rubbed your eyes. Maybe a glass of milk would help?

You threw the covers off of you and hopped off the bed. Your feet made contact with the icy cold.

You shivered and reached for a night robe. After wrapping it around you, you went out of the room and down the halls of the palace.

The place was dark and dimly lit with the moonlight that seeped through the windows.

It must've been late because even the royal guards had fallen asleep.

Too sleepy to care about how poorly they were guarding your home, you just kept walking towards the kitchen.

As you had gotten closer, you suddenly heard a crash and muffled words.

" Shh! Be quiet Ban... We might wake the princesses up-..."

CLINK!
CLANK!
CRASH!

" Whoops."

Your sleepiness vanished instantly. You turned towards the wall. On it hung knight armor.

You slipped the sword out of its hands and raced towards where you heard the sound.

Adrenaline pumped through your veins, making you run faster and swifter.

You shook off any fear you had and reminded yourself that you were a strong warrior princess.

You eventually ended up at the scene of the crime. A blonde was holding out a bag. A pink haired man was busy grabbing things and shoving them into the bag.

A girl with brown hair was starting to doze off on a huge pillow. Right next to her was an orange haired boy, who was already knocked out.

You gulped and brought your sword up. You held it the way the knights had taught you and ran towards them.

The blonde noticed and looked at you blankly. His eyes darted from you to behind you. He suddenly smirked.

" Hey there princess. Sorry to wake you up." He said mockingly. You glared and rushed at him.

Suddenly, you felt something wrap around your ankle. You fell forward. A small gasp escaped you.

Your sword was taken out of your hands by the blonde. Before you could even come close to attacking him, you felt someone pick you up.

Your e/c eyes met a pair of crimson ones. A small smile was on his face.

" Princess eh?" He questioned. He examined the clothes you wore and nodded.

" What are we going to do with her?" He asked. " We should take her back with us." Meliodas suggested.

You stiffened at the suggestion. Ban just smiled at you.

You ended up being whisked away by them. You later learned they were the famous Seven Deadly Sins.

Surprisingly, they were actually pretty nice to be around, and you eventually joined the crew.

You ended up giving your father, the king, a letter explaining that you were okay and had joined there crew. At the moment, you were sure he was still tracking you down.

It had been a year since you had joined them, and you became pretty good friends with Ban.

" Y/n, why are you just looking at the sea?" He questioned. " Just thinking." You answered, putting an arm up to rest your head on.

" Thinking about what?" He asked. He came next to you. " Just about when I joined the you guys."

Ban stared at you then laughed. " I ended up stealing you away from your castle."

" Along with another thing..." You muttered. Your words were so low that you thought he didn't hear them, but he did.

" Yeah, Cap'n and I also stole tons of jewels." He added. " Not that."

" Then what?"

You turned to him and smiled. " You stole my heart, silly!" Was all you said as you walked off.

You left Ban stunned. That and a laughing Meliodas who heard the whole thing.
