Jasmine's POV

"little jasmine flower!" Someone shouted from outside, I laughed and stood up

"Mom, Dad, goin out to go on a date with Seokmin" I said kissing their cheeks

"Alright sweetie, take care" Mom said waving

"I will, bye mom, I'll contact you later! Bye Dad!" I said and run out the door seeing Seokmin with his special eye smile

"Stop smiling like that" I said when I was in front of him

"Why?" He asked confused

"Because it's making me melt" I said smiling and he smiled again, his smile is really something I can never get tired off

"Shall we go?" He asked offering his hand, I took his hand.

We started to walk going to the park hand in hand until he started to skip which made me laugh and join him. We skipped our way to the park and I kept laughing but he was just smiling widely.

"TADA! We're here! And going here was a lot more fun skipping, ey?" Seokmin said still smiling

Oh dear god, what did I do to deserve this blessing, thank you so much, I love you God!

"Yeap, your childishness is so contagious sometimes" I said pinching his nose laughing

"I'm like this to everyone" he said informing me

"Everyone? As in all? Even the girls?" I said glaring at him

"Yes of course. How else will the girls notice me?" He said smiling looking up

I punched his arm and turned around to walk away but he hugged me from behind laughing

"Let me go! Go to your girls!" I said pouting

"I'm just kidding. I'm just really childish to everyone even girls but to you my childishness is sweet" he said placing his chin on my shoulder and looking at me dreamingly

"Oh don't give me that look!" I smiled pushing his head off my shoulders

He laughed and held my hand "There's my cutie smiling jasmine flower!" He said pinching my cheek

We sat under the tree and he opened the basket he brought filled with different sorts of food.

"Sandwich?" He said handing me a sandwich covered with tissue. "Crust off, with Nutella filling inside strawberry slices and..." He got something from the basket and handed it to me "Strawberry frappe"

"Ohhh, you're prepared. Thank you" I said smiling

"No problem" He answered and got his own

I opened the sandwich and took a bite. Hmmm. The taste is amazing. Seokmin just laughed seeing me eat but I didn't mind him. When I was halfway in finishing my sandwich I saw someone far behind. Realizing who it was I stood up and ran towards him

"Alien-oppa!!!" I squealed

Before he could even turn around to see me I jumped on his back but he quickly caught me

"Flower?" he said and turned his head looking at me "FLOWER!!!" He shouted and started jumping with me still on his back

"AHHH STOOP! HAHAHA!" I shouted laughing out at his craziness

"Jasmine!" DK called out he was out of breath. He stared at the both of us still catching his breath

"Seokmin, this is Taehyung, my best friend! Taehyung, this is Seokmin, my boyfriend" I said introducing them

"yeah I know him" Seokmin said smiling bitterly

Taehyung placed me down and faced Seokmin

"Seokmin. It's been awhile! How are you?" Taehyung said leaning in for a hug but Seokmin blocked him

Uhh, what's going on? Is there something going on between them?

"Anyways, what are you doing here Taehyung? I thought you were out of the country or out of the planet?" I said smiling widely

"I just got back yesterday and I thought I'd pay you a visit now but I got hungry and came to this park first." He said

"oh Alien! since you're here, want to join us for a picnic?" I said pointing at our spot

"But Jasmine. I thought this was our date" Seokmin said pulling on my sleeve pouting

"Come on Seokmin. Just this once. It's been awhile since I last hung out with Taehyung. We can have another date tomorrow" I said

"But I prepared the food specially for you" He mumbled which I couldn't hear. What did he say?

"Please Seokmin... Pretty pretty please..." I said clinging on to his arm with pleading eyes

"Hmm fine! For my Jasmine" He said smiling widely while pinching my nose

"Great! Let's go eat!" Taehyung said and went under me, picking me up and placing me on his shoulder and ran towards our spot

"AHHH!!! ALIEN!!! I'M GONNA FALL!!!" I shouted trying so hard to hold on to something

"I won't let you fall Flower!" He said holding both my hands

I smiled knowing my best friend may be weird and crazy but is very caring

Seokmin's POV

I clenched my fist seeing what's happening in front of me. Keep it together Seokmin, she just misses her best friend, no biggie. You're her boyfriend. Just have trust in her

I sat on the picnic blanket while he sets her down.

"I nearly had a heart attack!" she said hitting him playfully on the shoulders

"Admit it, you liked it!" He placed an arm over her shoulder and ruffled her hair

We're suppose to be like that. Not them. Seokmin! You can't just sit there and watch! Get your girl! I can't lose to this guy again!

*** Flashback ***

I took a deep breath holding a bouquet of flowers in my arms. I stared at her from afar. You can do this Seokmin. Just tell her how you really feel. Just tell her how beautiful she is when she laughs, how angelic she looks when she smiles, how cute she looks when she's dorky. Just tell her how much you like everything about her. Just ask her out to prom!

"I can do this!" I said punching my heart, encouraging myself

I walked towards her "Jasmine!" I called out smiling

Out of nowhere Taehyung appeared. I stopped on my tracks staring at them

"Hey Flower. We're going to prom together!" He said so directly it made me froze

"Shouldn't you ask first rather than declare me directly going with you?" she said laughing a bit

"As if you'll reject me" he said making weird smiley derp face

"AHAHAHAHA!! OKAY OKAY! I'll go with you!" She said laughing

My hands dropped, my grip on the flowers tightened. All of the courage I gathered just flew away in a blink of an eye.

I lost towards Kim Tae Hyung that time. But I had my Jasmine after he left. But now that he's back, I'm not gonna lose again!

Jasmine's POV

I sat beside Seokmin who was shockingly quiet.

"Jagiya? Are you okay?" I asked wrapping my arms on his and placing my chin on his shoulder

"No I'm not" he said pouting

"What's the problem?" I asked worriedly

"you're the problem. You're too cute. You should be illegal!" He said

"YA! What do you mean I should be illegal?!" I shouted hitting his arm

He just laughed at me and pinched my cheeks. I scoffed. Taehyung sat on my other side

"So what do you have? I'm starving" he said looking through the basket

"Hey! You can't just go through our food!" I said pulling the basket away from him

I grabbed a piece of grape "Catch!" I threw it in the air

And Taehyung caught it with his mouth. I clapped "Woooo!"

"Jagiya look!" Seokmin said getting two grapes

He threw it together in the air and caught both of them

"Omo!!! Amazing!" I said clapping harder "Wait I can also do that!" I said getting a grape

I pretended to throw it and place it in my mouth "Oh see?" I said laughing

"That was cheating!" Taehyung said getting more grapes and shoving it in his mouth

"The most amazing trick I saw!" Seokmin said laughing while clapping

"Well thank you" I told Seokmin giving a little bow

Taehyung poked me when I turned around he had a peeled banana on his mouth and had two 1/4 slice of orange on his eyes and an apple above his head

"AHAHAHAHAHA!!!" I laughed out loud. I couldn't help but laugh at how he looked.

I ended falling on Seokmin's lap as I continued laughing. Seokmin had a serious face on. I stopped laughing and stared into Seokmin's eyes. He looked down at me staring at me back

"Uhh guys. Is this a staring contest?" Taehyung asked "You know what, let's hang out some other time Flower. I think you two need to talk." He said standing up

I bid him goodbye and he looked back "BYE GURL!" he said in a high pitched tone. I laughed again to the point my stomach hurt

Then I stopped. Seokmin had just pinned me down the ground and was now on top of me looking at me intently.

"Finally we're alone" he whispered in an annoyed voice and sighed

My eyebrows furrowed. Wait a minute. Was he annoyed that Taehyung was here? Was he perhaps jealous?

I smirked and he looked at me with a questioning look

"oh my. Was my precious Sun jealous of an Alien?" I said

"of course I was. And you didn't even notice!" he said getting off me and sat down straight crossing his arms

I got up and faced his pouty face

"Seokmin..." I called out

He looked away but I followed his gaze and he looked away once again, I followed his gaze once more but he shut his eyes

"Eh! You're being difficult here Seokmin. Lucky for me I know how to handle a whiny Seokmin" I said

I sat beside him and pulled him down to lay down on my lap, I could tell he was surprised. He opened his eyes and closed them shut again

"Jagi~ Don't be jealous of Alien, he's just my best friend, you're my boyfriend, I will never leave you" I said squishing his cheeks but he shook my hands off by shaking his head violently

"I can't believe I'll be letting you hear this like this but oh well" I said getting my phone and played a recording

"February 14 2016, 12:00am. Today is Valentines day so I made a dozen box of chocolates, one whole box with stack of love letters, a love quest and bought flowers as many as my letters. This is the day I'm gonna fess up, today is the day I confront him and finally let all my feelings out! I'm gonna tell him how I feel! I'm not afraid to get rejected I just need to express my feelings! I can't even sleep because I'm so nervous and excited. I wonder what will happen later..."

"February 14, 2016. 6:55am. So I am now currently in school with all my gifts for him. Not much students yet since school starts at 8. I have placed everything in place, the love letters were spread around the school along with one rose each letter, it was a love quest for him. I'm in the rooftop waiting for his arrival. I asked a student in the gate to hand him the first letter for his journey to start. I'm so nervous that my heart is pounding. I could hear it so clear! Oh I hope everything goes well!"

"February 14, 2016. 7:25AM he arrived in his usual time. He's down there greeting his friends. I swear my heart could just jump out right now! I'm so nervous! ACK! Oh shoot he's reading the first letter now! The love quest begins! Oh gosh he's looking around right now! Oh god! He looked up! I can't let him see me!"

"February 14, 2016. 9:59am. Well the love quest was an epic fail. I waited in the rooftop for so long so I decided to go down and check the letters and turns out someone sabotaged it. Everything was ripped and there was a note in every spot saying 'Seokmin is mine. Better leave him alone or else'. Well time for Plan B! No more playing games. I'm gonna confront him and give him the boxes of chocolates!"

"February 14, 2016. 4:00pm. I am hiding in a corner right now. Seokmin is just there with his friends. Should I still wait for him to be alone? Omo, Soonyoung saw me. Shhh!! Don't tell him! I'm shushing him right now and he's nodding. They all stood up and left Seokmin alone. OKAY NOW'S MY CHANCE! Listen to everything recorder I'm gonna record the whole thing"

"Hey Seokmin... (Oh hey, Jasmine was it?) Yeah, oppa I have to tell you something (Oh. shoot. Tell me) Uhh... You see... Earlier this morning the letter you recei--(SEOKMIN OPPA! OPPA!!! PLEASE ACCEPT THESE CHOCOLATES!!! YOU'RE SO HANDSOME!!) w-wait! Seokmin I! Ow! ... NO! My chocolates! *sigh* *silence*"

*** Flashback ***

I was walking back home feeling down. I took out my recorder.

"February 14, 2016. 4:05pm, confessing epic fail. Well that was no good earlier. All of the chocolates I prepared smashed down and was stomped on by girls. Maybe the world just doesn't want him to know. Maybe he's better off not knowing. Or maybe it's a sign to avoid myself from getting hurt. Today has been a rough day. Time to go home then, there's nothing better for me to do now. I have one box of chocolates left but I'll just eat it at home. What a bad da--"

"JASMINE!!" I turned around to see Seokmin running towards me. "Jasmine, hold up" he said taking heavy breaths. He held his knees

"S-Seokmin" I stuttered shocked that he ran after me

"I-- need to-- tell you-- something" he said and stood up straight looking me straight in the eyes.

I gulped "W-what is it?"

He opened his bag and handed me a box "Here"

"What's this? Why are you giving me this?" I asked my heart pounding insanely

"Well, it's Valentine's. I made those chocolates just for you. I actually made dozens but" he sighed "The other girl ended up getting it. I didn't plan to but they insisted and I just couldn't be mean. So me as the nice guy I am, gave it to them and hid that one it's actually the most special one since that's the first one I made"

"okay... but why are you giving it to me?" I asked nervously. Please tell me he likes me back. Please tell me he likes me back!

Yeah the day he confess that he likes me back will be the day I'd froze up and not say anything to him

"Look Jasmine. It's getting late so I won't make this too long and go straight to the point. I like you. I've tried and tried to confess but something or someone will keep on messing everything up. And today even if it's messed up I thought to myself I can't hold my feelings anymore so here I am telling you how I feel" He said

I froze in the spot slowly taking in what he just said. What did he just say? I think I've gone insane, haha. I think I'm deaf! I just heard him say he likes me haha. How funny is that?

"I get that you don't like me back but let me walk you home now, it's getting dark" He said and lightly holding my shoulders making me walk

Oh darn it. Say something you fool! Say something! TELL HIM YOU LIKE HIM!

After a few minutes of feeling his warmth beside me he lets me go in front of my house and gave me a warm smile

"Well, you're here. Sleep well. Make sure to eat dinner" He said and turned away

BABO!!! RUN AFTER HIM!!! I turned around and held the doorknob. Run after him you stupid girl! Seokmin...

"Wait!" I shouted in a loud voice that reached Seokmin making him turn around

I grabbed the love letter and the last box of chocolates I had in my bag for Plan C and ran towards him

I handed him the letter giving him the sweetest smile I've ever had in awhile and he ended up staring at me

"I-- Someone wanted to--" I paused and shook my head "I wanted to give you this."

"Please. Take care on your way home. I'll see you tomorrow" I tiptoed kissing him on the cheek and ran away

I entered my house and slammed the door I grabbed my phone and smiled to myself when it was still recording

"And that's how my or his confession went"

"That's what happened the time you confessed to me" I said smiling at the memories.

I placed my phone aside

"So you see there's no need to be jelaous of Alien because I liked you from the start, and I like you, I will continue to like you until the time that I'll love you"

I looked away feeling embarrassed by my own words. When he sat up I felt him looking at me. I looked at him seeing a dorky smile on his face

"Ayiieee~ So my jagiya cares a lot for me" He teased poking my sides

I pouted and squished his cheeks again "Of course I do!"

He sqhished my cheeks too "You should because I am a possessive boyfriend. No other guys should be close to you than me. Me and only me. Because you, my little Jamine flower, you are mine. Not Taehyung's not others. Well your parents yeah of course you're theirs but you're also mine. You are JAS-MINE"
