Alexa's POV

"We should be heading back to Phoenix Drop..." I said quietly. "They are going to start wondering where we are"  I never made direct eye contact with anyone.

"Alexa is right, we should get going" Garroth agreed. We all thanked Hyria, and made our way out of the Forest. I lagged behind, lost in thought. I became dizzy, and my vision was blurry.

I stopped to lean on a tree. "Alexa?" A voice asked. It echoed inside my head.  I heard my name one more time before everything went black.

Aphmau's POV

Alexa had passed out. "Garroth? Can you carry her?" I asked. He didn't look at me. "I can Aphmau," Vylad volunteered. I nodded as her gently picked her up and carried her back to Phoenix Drop.

Aaron's POV

I was standing at the gates waiting for them to come back. When I saw them walking back I almost jumped off the wall.

"Aphmau!" I yelled. "Aaron! Open up the gates and go get Zoey!" She yelled panicked. I did as I was told, we went to Aphmau's house and I saw Alexa unconscious. "What happened?" I asked.

"We don't know, she just passed out as we were walking back" Aphmau said with tears in her eyes. "She is going to be ok, she is still breathing" Zoey said trying to calm us both down.

Alexa then shot up and yelled out "Get away from me father!" She started crying. "Hey, hey, it's okay, it's going to be alright" I said trying to calm her down. She hugged me. I kissed her forehead.

"What happened at Hyria's?" I asked Aphmau. "Well we're related?" Aphmau said. "Not the way to start Aphmau. You may be Irene but you still have to explain things" Alexa said wiping away tears.

"And you don't Irene's daughter?" Aphmau said sassily. She sighed, "We are still doing it, aren't we?" Aphmau asked. Vylad nodded. "Guys, I am lost here. Since when are you Irene? And since when is Alexa Irene's daughter?" I asked.

"Since forever Aaron," she said. "Wait Aaron!?" She said, she stood up and stood in a corner. Vylad sighed, stood up and in hushed voices the two talked.

"She isn't taking the whole 'she's dating her distant cousin' well" Aphmau said. I gave Garroth a 'what???' Look.

"Aphmau, you really need to explain." He said to her. She nodded and started explaining.
