I wake up and open the hatch of my capsule, looking around the room I'm in. It's a medium sized room with my capsule placed in the center of the back wall. The walls are a dark red and the floor is black, it's almost as if this room was ment for me. There's a dresser in the center of the left wall and another door in the center of the right wall. It probably leads to a bathroom.

I exit the room and enter a large and long hallway. The door I came out of is the one on the right side of the hall and there is two more doors here, one right across from it on the left wall and one on the back wall not too far away. (When entering the hallway facing the back wall.)

I go to the door across from where I entered and open it. The room has black walls and black floors. Other then that and a bed replacing my capsule everything is the same as it is in my room.

I exit that room and start to walk over to the last door. I'm about to open it when I hear quiet singing at the other end of the hallway, so I walk to it as it has caught my attention. When I get to the end of the hallway it opens to a VERY big room with Melody singing standing on a stage. On a screen above her is the lyrics of the song in English. Since it's in English I can read that the song is called ' ODDS&ENDS' (WARNING for those who goes to search this up, this is a sad song!)

I stand there watching the lyrics go by on the screen and by the time I am done I understand what the song is about as well as feel something start to pull on my heart, is this what sadness feels like? Its been so long since I have felt it, I have forgotten what sadness feels like.

The song is about someone feeling sad, lonely and is always laughed at getting help from the singer to show their feelings and let the persons words be heard. They wrote the song together and the song became quite popular but after a while the person started to dislike the singer, wanting its own voice. Someone then says something mean and the person starts to wish for the singer back. The singer then comes back and receives the song to sing to the world. (This is just my own guess please don't be mean to me.)

Melody jumps off the stage, walks over to a couple of couches in a corner of the room and sits on one, as if she is waiting for me. I walk over and sit on the couch opposite from hers so we are facing each other. "Your probably wondering who I am, my name's Melody." She says. "I know you told me before." I say as I fold my arms. "Why are you even here, you should be on earth."

Suddenly a gust of wind comes through the window behind her. She closes her eyes and a small, sad smile appears on her face. "Well, father wants to talk to me so if you come with me you will understand the answer to your question." She says then turns towards a door on the wall to the right of when you come in. "You don't have to come if you don't want to, but this is the easiest way for me to answer your question." She says look at me. I get up and follow her out the door, wondering where we will end up, because I do want answers.

We start to walk up the stairs of the temple that the Master Emerald stands. Wouldn't Knuckles have noticed us by now? We get to the top and I see that the Master Emerald is gone, Knuckles along with it. "Where did the Master Emerald go?" I ask her, she doesn't seem to be surprised. "Sonic and the rest of them went off into space again." She replys and walks over to a tile on the right of where the Master Emerald normally stood. She stands in front of it and a intense, bright light surrounds her so I cover my eyes with my arms. When I uncover them I stare at what is in front of me in shock.

In place of where she was before is a young, red, female echidna wearing a brown shirt, brown shorts and red-and-brown shoes. She turns around to face me and gives me a small smile. "Hey, it's me, Melody. Are you still coming?" She says. I nod, too confound to say anything as I follow her through a set of stairs that was under the tile, which somehow moved when the bright light came out of nowhere.

As I am walking in I look to a tree nearby and stop to look at it, my heart throbbing. Sitting on a strong branch of the tree is what looks like a ghost of Maria, watching me. I look down to where Melody is waiting for me at the bottom and it looks like she is waiting patiently for me. I look back at where my beloved Maria was but when I look she is gone.

Was I seeing things? I must of, that is the only way that I would have seen her there. Determined to continue on, I turn back to the down scaling stairs and I continue down them. If I can learn about what just happened, I will make better sense of what I need to do.

Shadow: ..... I am going to murder you.
Me: Oh no.... Bye! -runs away-
