Josh had almost all the same classes I had, except for my fourth and sixth hour. So I had to deal with his bad attitude and out breaks, but he never really hurt anybody. I was in my third hour when a girl approached me, I looked and saw she had a choker and was a bit chubby, but with small tits. She leaned forward on my desk, "Hey are you and Josh dating or something? You're always next to him."

I immediately shook my head fast, "Oh no! I'm more like a para for him."

She smirked, "Then why does he stare at you?" I gave her a questionable look and a bit confusing glance.

"What do you mean?"

"It's obvious that he likes you, he always stares at you like he's ready to take a bullet for you." She got a bit serious. I looked over at him, he was drawing something on the desk.

"Is that a bad thing?" I asked looking back at her. She shook her head.

"Of course not, I wish a guy would stare at me like he did you," she glance over at Josh then back at me. "I'm Jessica, but you can call me Jess."

"Emma," I said a bit weirded out that I'm making a friend. "My real name is Emily."

"Aren't your parents like rich?" She asked. I nodded, then finished my paper. "Cool, I'll see you around Emma."

The bell rang and she got her stuff and walked out. Josh approached me with his stuff, "Who was that talking to you?"

I grabbed my bag then turned in my paper, "Just...a friend," His eyes narrowed at me. "Let's get to your fourth hour." He nodded and walked out to the hallway where Caleb stood, he was really obsessed with me and was always staring at me. I just told him we can be acquaintances since being friends with him is just so weird, but he never listens.

"Hey cutie. Can I walk you to class?" He flashed his blue eyes at me. I shook my head.

"No, because I have to walk Josh to class." I said hoping he would go away. I saw Josh staring dead straight at Caleb.

"That's okay, I can be late." He smiled. Welp, there goes my chance to get away from him. As I walked Josh to class I can tell there was a staring triangle going on, Josh looking at Caleb and him staring at me; Mostly my boobs, which is annoying cause I try to cover them the best I can with my books.

"Okay! We're here," I turned to Josh and hoped he would go inside the class quickly so I can get away from Caleb. Josh looked at me then back at Caleb. I was about to turn away when I felt a hand pull me back. Josh put his arms around me in a hug, I was shocked to do anything back. "Okay, thank you Josh-"

I felt a sting on my ass, I knew what happen and I pushed Josh off me and turned to Caleb. He put his hands up like he was innocent, "My bad." He smiled. I turned away and walked off to my fourth hour, leaving him alone.

After fourth hour I walked to my locker to switch books. I was about to open it was Jess ran up to me, "Emma! Come quick! Josh is in a fight with Caleb!"

I dropped my books and ran with her to the other side of the school where his fourth hour was. There was a crowd around them, I push myself through and saw Josh repeatedly punch Caleb in the face. People were recording the fight on their phones and others just cheering them on. Caleb was down on the ground, blood dripping from his mouth, nose, and a busted open cut on his forehead and cheek.

"Josh! Stop it!" I walked forward, then stopped behind him. He didn't seem to hear me. I heard him say,

"I saw you slap her ass." But it was faint like a whisper. Anger and embarrassment filled me.

"Josh Tanks! Stop it right now!" I grabbed his shoulder and yanked him back off Caleb. He looked at me, his eyes filled her anger and crazy. He didn't have a scratch on him unlike Caleb, which has blood flowing out his mouth and nose plus his left eye swollen. I pulled him away from everyone to a private spot.

"Why did you make me stop?" He asked looking at the blood on his knuckles.

"Because you shouldn't be fighting anyone."

He got closer to me, "He deserved it. He slapped your ass and I hated the way he was staring at you- no, staring at your boobs."

"That doesn't concern you!" I said. He grabbed my waist and pulled me up against his body.

"What so you just want him to treat you like a toy?" He asked his face inches away from mine. I pushed him away and sighed.

"No I don't." I said softly. He lifted my chin up so I stare into his eyes.

"You should have a guy that treats you right, and doesn't disrespect you." He whispered. I hesitated.

"Go grab your stuff and walk to fifth hour, hopefully Principal Shepherds calls us up by then to clean up the mess you made." I said then turned away from him. He smiled and nodded,

"Yeah, Yeah I get it." He walked away with that smirk. I stood there for a second, blushing like crazy. I shook my head, getting my mind off it. Walking back to my locker I ran into Jessica.

"Josh is insane, he pounded Caleb's ass!" She laughed and pulled at her choker. I picked up my books, which weren't that much trampled by students rushing to see the fight.

"Hopefully principal Shepherds doesn't suspend him." I said walking to my fifth hour. She laughed and shook her head.

"Nah, he wouldn't. Nothing this good has happened for years!" She stopped at her fifth hour door. I stopped with her, even though it wasn't my fifth hour. "Oh and Josh is already in the office."

"What!" I sprung towards my fifth hour, threw my bag and books on my desk and ran to the office. I pushed a lot of people on the way, which I had to because they wouldn't move. I swung open the door of the office and saw Josh and Caleb going into Principal Shepherds office.

"Where is your para, Mr. Tanks?" He asked. He just shrugged. I entered the room and a formal man looked at me and smiled. "You must be Emily Belrose. Can you tell me what happened?"

I nodded and sat next to Josh, while Caleb sat two chairs away from us. Mr. Shepherds wrote something on paper before looking at me, "I was walking to my locker from my fourth hour when my friend told me the Josh was in a fight with Caleb."

"And you stopped them, right?" He asked. I nodded, confirming. "Do know what caused this fight?"

I held my breath. The only reason Josh attacked Caleb was because he slapped my ass. I exhaled and shook my head, "No-ow!" Josh hit my leg.

"She's lying," he said leaning forward. Shepherds glanced at him as he wrote more things down on paper. "I had to fight him cause he slapped her ass."

"So he sexually assaulted you, Ms. Belrose?" He questioned. Annoyed, I nodded. Mr. Shepherds rubbed his face. "Caleb, you're suspended for three days for Sexually Assault. Josh, since your history is clean I'll let you off with a warning."

Josh smirked and nodded. Caleb, who's face was cleaned up and had a black eye, shot up and left the room.

"I don't even care anyway." He whispered. I grabbed the 'back to class' pass and walked out with Josh.

"Hey I have to use the bathroom." He said. I sighed and we stopped next to the boys bathroom. He looked in and eyed me. For a second I didn't know what he was doing till he pulled me into the boys bathroom.
