It was quiet during the entire ride from Taehyung's apartment to the place of surprises. Hoseok had planned this since the start of their tour and he has been excited for the surprise. The others namely Seokjin and Jimin had been such sweethearts that helped him with the flow of it all. From his outfit to the dinner to the actual surprise and his not-a-speech-but-is-really-a-speech speech, Hoseok had received numerous help from his and Taehyung's friends.

Deciding to break the silence, Hoseok coughed and asked while keeping his eyes on the road. "So, um, are you ready for your surprise?"

Surprised, Taehyung turned and blushed. "Maybe? Aww, hyung~ You know I hate surprises.."

Hoseok chuckled. "I think you'll like this one. I did do a lot of research on it, you know,"

"I think I'll like whatever you do for me, hyung.." Taehyung's cheeks turned a deeper shade and Hoseok was at a loss for words. Was that a confession? Or was it just another hyung-dongsaeng thing? Hoseok thought.

It became quiet again inside the car and they soon reached the restaurant. Dinner was served and they both ate in silence with the occasional murmurs of how good the food was. It was then for the most important part, the surprise.

It was another car ride to the place and this time, Hoseok switched on the radio to ease the tension. The journey was longer but very much worth it because once they had parked and got out, the expression on Taehyung's face made all the hectic preparations worth it.

"An amusement park? I haven't been to one in ages!"

Hoseok chuckled as Taehyung tugged his hand and pulled them towards the entrance. It was an old and unfamous amusement park, only known to the locals of the area for its cheap tickets and fun rides to satisfy a child. They had other attractions like a rollercoaster and laser tag field as well. Hoseok paid for the two of them, got their hands chopped with the park's official stamp and were soon engulfed in the bright lights of the park.

"Where do you want to go first, Tae?" Hoseok asked as he watched the younger turn his head left and right in awe. It was Jimin's idea to have him bring Taehyung to an amusement park since the younger did not have a privilege to enjoy a teenager's life due to his career.

"Hm, since we just ate, how about some slow rides like that merry-go-round first?" With his puppy eyes on display, Hoseok couldn't but agree and allowed for Taehyung to pull him towards the ride.

The lines weren't long and they were able to get on their intended rides really quickly. From the merry-go-round to the teacup-spin and to the rollercoaster, they had fun as they made fun of each other's fears of each ride. They went on almost all the rides before they reached the last one, a ferris wheel.

It wasn't a really big ferris wheel like the ones in those normal amusement parks, it was much shorter in height. Hoseok turned a little pink as Taehyung himself led the both of them towards the ride. There wasn't a queue and the person in charge smiled and allowed them to enter a carriage, checking all safety measurements before clicking a button for the ferris wheel to travel upward.

They reached the very top and the person in charge clicked another button for the ride to stop temporarily. The view at the top was quite beautiful since it overlooked the entire park. Hoseok and Taehyung were sitting opposite to one another and again, silence fell upon their carriage.

Taehyung was looking down and playing with his fingers. He obviously didn't think this through. He thought of going to the ferris wheel to watch the view, but sitting with Hoseok opposite him in this situation made him thought of how cliche it all was and what was going to happen.

Hoseok turned to stare at the view momentarily before glancing back at Taehyung. He had thought of this moment for quite awhile. He had prepared his heart for whatever the ending was whether it be good or bad. But now, being in such an enclosed space together, he wasn't so sure anymore.

"Taehyung?"

The younger looked up quickly, almost causing whiplash to happen and both of them blushed. Their knees were brushing against each other and although the night was cool, it suddenly felt hot inside the carriage.

"Yes, Seokie hyung?"

Hoseok gulped. "Um, I have something to tell you," He watched as Taehyung took a deep breath and took one himself. "It's been on my mind for quite awhile and I actually did not plan on telling you but in the end, I just had to let you know even if the ending might not be what I expected,"

Taehyung nodded. "Go ahead, hyung,"

Hoseok went forward and grabbed onto his hands, pulling them into his lap and caressing them softly. "Kim Taehyung, I like you. I like you a lot. I know you lost your previous memories of us but I don't care about that. I've fallen for you from the start and everyday, I feel like I've fallen for you even more. So, would you do the honours of making me the happiest man by being my boyfriend?"
