So some may know this from my profile, but I want to start a joint account.

Due to personal reasons, I cannot create an account through my emails or make any other emails because then I will be removed from the interwebs

So i would need someone to create it, and be like one of the owners or something

It would have a ton of people, so even if you didn't make it, you can be an admin.
