Reader's POV~

"I told you guys, Hogwarts isn't real!" I said to my friends, Arthur Kirkland, Lukas Bondevik, and Vladmir Lupei. Arthur sighed. "But (y/n), if our parents are wizards and witches, then Hogwarts MUST be real!" he countered, his caterpillar brows starting to move. Lukas shook his head, and said, "He does have a point though. Besides, just because we haven't got our letters yet, doesn't mean you won't." I thought about it. All of them were a couple months older. I was 11, and my birthday was . "Fine. Jeez..." I said, walking back to my house. "We'll be at Lukas's house if you need us" Vladmir shouted.

When I got home, my mom ran to me and hugged me, crying. Dad looked super proud. "What?" I asked, wondering what the commotion was all about. My dad just smiled even bigger(somehow), and gave me a letter. It read:

Dear Ms. (L/n),

We are pleased to inform you that you have been accepted into at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Please find enclosed a list of all necessary books and equipment. Term begins on September 1. We await your owl no later than July 31.

I couldn't believe my eyes. Arthur wasn't kidding. Hogwarts is actually..."So it is real..." I muttered, my eyes widening. They weren't lying!...I feel stupid. My mother just hugged me to the point where I almost couldn't breathe. "MOM! CAN'T! BREATHE!" I yelled, my eyes start to bug out. "Oh, sorry! It's just that we were so scared that you wouldn't make it in," she said. "Wait, hold on, I'll be right back. And I need this letter!!" I yelled as I grabbed the letter fr om my dad and ran to Lukas's house.

~Timeskip of letters~

"LUKAS! VLAD! IGGY! I NEED TO SHOW YOU SOMETHING!" I yelled in front of Lukas's house, waving the letter as if it were on fire. They ran out of the house, with letters in their hands as well. "(Y/N)! Look what we got!" Vlad yelled, waving the same letter in the air.This was one of the only times I had seen Lukas smile, and it is very scary every time. Arthur came out as well, a big ol' grin on his face. "WE GOT OUR LETTERS TOO!!" Vlad shouted in my ear.

Ack! That was loud! "We told you (y/n)! We told you!" he said, his fangs showing a little. Did I forget to mention? Vlad always looked a little vampire-ish, with his fangs, but he isn't. At least, I don't think so...Anyway, I gave him a good smack on the head for being so loud. "So, do you're parents know where we're supposed to buy everything? More importantly, HOW are we supposed to buy everything?" I asked Arthur, holding up the list in the envelope.

His caterpillars furrowed, and said, "I don't know. I'll ask my parents." He then ran off to his house, and I swear I saw an eyebrow go flying. "I will forever say he stole Bonnie's eyebrows...Anyhow, it's real. Looks like I'll be looking through some books at the library...or asking you guys' parents," I said, thinking. I know Vlad is DYING to rub it in, but he can't. He knows I can kick his a** when I'm annoyed, which is very easily.

Artie came running back, with a grin. "We have to go to the Leaky Cauldron, which is in London!" he said smiling. I was a little shocked. I thought it would be farther.(PRETEND YOU LIVE IN UK) Lukas let a small smile loose. He had moved here from Norway, and he probably thinks it's a good thing he had moved here.

"That's great! All I have to do is convince my mom and dad, and we're set!...Except for the fact I have no idea how to tell them I'm coming," I said, thinking a little. "Don't your parents have an owl? Use that as your mail carrier. Just tie your letter to his leg," Vlad said, his fangs glinting in the sunset's light. I smiled, and started walking back to my house. Time to get ready!

Hey guys! Vanilla here, and I finally decided to do this! Sorry if it's not that great. My comp won't let me use italics, bold, or anything. I won't spoil it, but you'll meet a couple more characters next chapter >:D! Also, for those questioning why I did this, I thought it would match up PERFECTLY! Oh, and should I keep them all in the same house, or separate them? I already have an idea, but I wanna see what you guys think. One more thing. If you see a red-haired America holding a bloody bat, don't tell him where I am. Please. If I get murdered, I won't be able to write on Wattpad DX! Anywho, peace out!
