How did and Jason and Percy find out Will and Nico actually have a crush on each other? I am so glad you asked.

It's no secret that Percy and Jason are the biggest Solangelo shippers. If you say otherwise I will fight you to the death. They just aren't the most... perceptive people.  

Sometime in the middle of July, Nico and Will were reading with the rest of the Argo II. See, Annabeth thought it'd be a good idea to have a book club because she found out in the most unpleasant way that nobody had read Harry Potter or Hunger Games. 

She asked *coughs* forced *coughs* everyone to join her once a month to read stories. 

Nico and Will are sitting very close to each other. Percy and Jason are just happily reading and eating lunch with everyone else. All seems normal. 

Percy glances up from his book to see Will looking at Nico like Nico is too adorable to even be there (which tbh it true). Nico mumbles something under his breath while scowling. Will just softly smiles and quietly laughs. 

Kind of like that. 

Percy can only think 

"OH MY GODS SOLANGELO CAN BE A THING AND NOT JUST SOMETHING CRAZY JASON AND I CREATED OH DEAR GODS"

Percy shakes Jason and points to Nico and Will.

It's hard to explain their reactions so here's a gif.

Will takes notice and instantly he's like:

Before Jason and Percy can fangirl too much, Will just asks them to follow him. 

"Guys, can you help me find a book in the library?" Will asks.

"oH MY gODs" Percy yells. Everyone looks up from their books, Nico included.

"JUST HELP ME FIND THE FREAKING BOOK!" Will yells. He grabs Percy and Jason's arms and drags them out of the room. 

When they're out of the room, Percy and Jason just start jumping up and down squealing. Honestly, I would do the same. Actually, I did the same. I wonder if the person who came up with the idea of fangirling Jason and Percy did that so when they wrote fanfiction they could channel their inner thoughts.

So, Percy and Jason are fangirling and Will just kind of watches them. 

Hazel soon enters the room and sees them jumping up and down and screaming and sees Will just letting it happen and noped out of the situation.

"Okay CALM DOWN!" Will yells. Jason and Percy frown and lower their heads in shame. 

"You can't tell ANYONE." Will says. 

"I knew you two liked each other!" Percy whispers. 

"Me too, bro! Me too." Jason says. Percy and Jason hug each other and cry on each other's shoulders.

"I WAS WAITING FOR THIS DAY SINCE THE WAR ENDED!" Percy sobs.

Will rolls his eyes.

He asks. 

"Will, you're the gay one here let me just be happy." Percy says. 

There's a knock on the door. The door opens.

It's Nico! Holy SHIT! Who saw that one coming??? 

(Oh gods I need to stop trying to be funny wtf even was that last sentence)

Will blushes and Jason and Percy sob harder and hug each other closer.

Wow. This must've been a weird thing to see. 

Two teenage boys sitting on the ground hugging and sobbing, a different boy totally flustered at seeing another boy who is just so confused.

Draw the squad!

"Um, is there something I can do to help?" Nico asks. Jason and Percy pull away and start laughing. Like, maniacally laughing. They fall to the floor and rolling around.

"I can hurt them if you want." Nico offers. Oh, Nico. You're so sweet.

Will hugs Nico.

Nico hugs back.

Everyone from the other room is wondering what the Hades is going on and when they find the boys in the position the way they are, they're just done. 

Heyyy, guys. I have no idea what this was but I wanted to use supernatural gifs and idk this just sort of happened I debated weather actually sharing this but at this point you've come so far and you've even read the whole "I still love him" story so you shouldn't be to surprised. 

So yeah. This is a thing that just happened.
