Also, thank you to everyone who gave me idea's for Will. I decided to go with Dr.Sunner so thanks @2strangefangirl for requesting it :)))

Nico's POV

"Will!" I say as I walk in the living room. No answer. 
"Will?" I call out again, hoping he'll hear me. He must not be home. I walk to the bathroom, close the door and lock it. 

I study myself. It'll be hard explaining this one to him. A bruise on my cheek and a tiny chunk of my tongue gone. Blood dripping from my nose, mouth and head. My nemesis did this to me. 

People love him. Dr.Sunner. Just the thought of him makes me want to puke. See, I'm the ghost king. 

People say I'm the villain, and I can't disagree. I do bad things. And I'm proud of that. However, whenever we get in fights the way we did an hour ago, I consider changing the role. But then I remember my fellow villain friends and I can't disappoint them. 

I hear the door open and close. 

"Neeks?" A voice calls out. I start panicking. 

"I'm in the bathroom!" I yell. I sound like I have a lisp. I don't, but it sounds that way because of the blood. I never bothered wiping it, so now it's all over the floor. I hear footsteps nearing the door. 

"Nico? Are you almost done? I need to use the toilet." He says through the door. 

"Umm..." 

"Nico? Are you okay?"

"J-just use the bathroom in our room!"

"Nico. Unlock this door. Now." I huff. There's no escaping him. I open the door and he gasps.
"Nico! What on earth happened?" He asks. He walks in and starts going through some drawers. 

"I got mugged." I lie. Will frowns. 

"Sit." He orders me. I sit on the toilet. He pulls out a first-aid kit. 
"Open." I roll my eyes and open my mouth. 

"Stick your tongue out." I do so. He pulls out wrapping bandage. 
"Tie this around your tongue. Gently." He orders. I do. God, it hurts so much. He puts something on the scar on my head that stings (I don't know what it's called. I'm not the doctor around here). My eyes tear up from the pain. I take a deep breath to try and calm myself down. Will puts a gauze on it. He takes another gauze out.
"Put this in your mouth, too." I take the gauze and put it in. He gives me a tissue to put on my nose. 
"There. That should do it." 

"Grazie." I mumble. Will tilts his head. 

"You know I don't speak Italian." He says. 

"I did it again, didn't I? Sorry, I meant to say 'thank you'. So... thanks." I say. Will offers me his hand and I gladly take it. He pulls me into a hug. 

"Neeks, this has to stop. I don't want to have to worry about what'll happen to my boyfriend whenever he walks on the streets." He runs his fingers through my hair and it feels so good. I frown, still. I don't mean to get hurt, it just happens. It's Dr.Sunner's fault. He did this to me. 

Will pulls away and kisses my head. 
"Go turn the tv on and we'll watch something." He tells me. I nod and walk out of the bathroom. I plop myself on the couch, grab the remote and turn the tv on. I flip through the channels. I find the news channel talking about The fight Dr.Sunner and I got into. I few shitty videos show our fighting while the news reporter is talking in the background. 

I wasn't really focusing on the news reporter. I was focusing on the video of Dr.Sunner and I. My outfit is a pure black skintight suit with a skull wearing a crown on the front. My mask covers my face completely. Dr.Sunner wears a suit much like mine, except it's yellow and has a sun on it. His mask only covers half his face. He's so annoying. Thinking he's better than everyone else. 

Will walks into the room and sits next to me.
"Watching the news, are we?" He asks. I shrug. 

"I was just flipping through the channels." I say. Will takes the remote from my hands and searches through the channels. We stop when he finds Sherlock. He wraps his arms around me and I cuddle next to him. 

Will doesn't know the truth about me. He doesn't know that I'm the ghost king. He just knows me as Nico. That's how I want it to be. I really love him, but he won't love me if he knows the truth. Do I feel bad keeping a secret like that away from him? A bit. I want this to be an honest relationship, but if I told him, it would ruin it. Maybe I'll tell him someday. Maybe. 

For now, I just want to stay here with my Will. 

*GUESS WHAT YOU GUYS IT'S A TIME SKIP*

The next morning, I wake up with Will in my arms. I sigh and kiss his neck. I don't ever want to leave him. I just want to stay here, holding him in my arms. I can't stay, though. I have a meeting to attend to. 

I unwrap my arms from around him and sit up. I rub my eyes and get off my bed. I get dizzy and become blind for a few seconds. God, I hate that. One minute you're fine then the next, you feel as if you're in time and space. 

After I go to the bathroom, I walk to the kitchen and make myself some eggs. After I'm finished eating, I write a note for Will.

Will,

I had to go to a meeting, so I won't be home until later. To make up for it, I'll make dinner?

I walk into our room and get changed quickly. I grab my duffle bag and leave. I get in the car and drive to an abanded warehouse. I pull up on the driveway and get out of the car. The sun is just starting to come up, which means Will is waking up right about now. I walk into the warehouse. A few left and right turns down the halls, and I've reached the waiting room. Everybody is there. 

Quick rundown:

Golden Queen. Alter-ego: Hazel.
Has bronze skin, golden eyes and golden curly hair.
Powers: Can cause gems erupt from the earth and can morph them into whatever shapes she wants.
Extras: Is a super sweet girl until you get on her bad side. Also my half-sister. And is dating Frank.

Sparky. Alter-ego: Jason
Has pale skin, light blue eyes and platinum hair.
Powers: Can control air and lightning.

Extras: Has a scar on his upper lip from when he tried eating a stapler when he was two. The only one who knows that I'm gay and in a relationship. 

The warrior. Alter-ego: Reyna 
Has tan skin, chocolate brown eyes and dark brown hair
Powers: None, but she's wicked at combat skills
Extras: One of my best friends

The animal. Alter-ego: Frank
Has pale(ish) skin, brown eyes and black hair
Powers: He can shapeshift
Extras: He is dating my sister, Hazel.

And then there's me.

The Ghost king. Alter-ego: Nico
I have pale skin, brown eyes and black hair
Powers: I can shadow travel, raise the dead and communicate with them
Extras: I'm gay. 

So, now you know the whole crew. 

I sit down at the table next to Hazel and Jason. 

"Alright! Now that everyone's here, let's get started." Reyna says.
"I've talked with the Roman army." She spits out. We all widen our eyes. The Roman army is not to be spoken of. I know. You might think 'oh, they must be the good guys!' 

No. They make us, the official villains, seem like saints.

They just kill. They always have this crazy plan, but they literally have no reason behind it. They just do it because they think it's fun. 

"What were you doing talking to the Roman army!?" Jason yells. 

"Look, guys. I know it seems crazy. I-I was trying to make them stop what they do. I thought maybe... because I used to be one of them... they would listen." Reyna says, softly.  We know this is serious when Reyna brings up her past. Reyna used to be second in command in the Roman army. We convinced her that that wasn't a good thing. She said she never liked the Roman army, she was only there because she was a little bit afraid to leave. We understood that. However, when we got to know her... she's absolutely fearless. Which makes us worry about just how bad the Roman army is. 

"Why would they stop? Why would you try? What's the point?" I ask. Reyna sighs.

"Because I know what they're about to do. I want to make sure it doesn't happen." Reyna says. 

"How do you know what they're about to do?" Hazel asks. 

"Because they've been planning it for years." Reyna informs us. 

"What are they going to do?" Frank asks. Reyna's expression got dark.

"It'll sound typical. They're taking over the world." She says. None of us laughs. They'll be able to pull it off. And how they'll do it makes me afraid. And I don't get afraid. 

"How are they going to do that?" I ask. Reyna shakes her head. 

"I don't know. I left before I could find out." 

We all glance at each other.

"We can't fight them off by ourselves. As bad as it is, we need to get help." Jason says. Everyone looks at me. I sigh. 

"I'll see what I can do." I tell them. 

"Meeting adjourned. For now." Reyna says. We all sigh and stand up. I check my watch.

"I better get going. I don't want to miss him." I say. I grab my duffle bag and shadow travel to the bathroom so I can get in my outfit.

...

No, I don't wear it under my clothes. That's stupid. People would be able to see it.

After I get changed, I shadow travel to an alley in the city. I stand and wait. 

"Well, well, well. Ghost king." A voice says. I turn around to see Dr.Sunner standing there. 

"What do you want?" He growls. 

"I was waiting for you." I tell him. He looks confused.

"I know you patrol the city alley's around this time of day." He huffs. 

"What do you want?" He asks. 

"We need your help." I say. 

Heyyy, guys! Sorry for not updating in forever. I am not dead.
