Sophia literally hates and she's trying to win me over court? What is she going to do with me? I'm going to act the exact same as I did before. I'm surprised nobody called child services on her a long time ago. 

"Jeremy, she is not going to win. How could she possible win?" I asked.

We're in the kicthen with Sadie and Kit and I am extremely pissed off over this. 

"In the eyes of the court, I practically kidnapped you. You left your job with a complete stranger." He added.

I shook my head, "This is insane." 

"The lawyer is going to make sure all of this works out." Of course Sadie is being optimistic.

"Luckily I have a lot of money for a good lawyer." Jeremy pointed out.

"Why are you guys acting so calm?" I looked at all of them.

"Because we know Jeremy is going to win." Kit replied. 

I sat down, "But what if we don't?"

It got really quiet, none of us wanted to think about losing. Too be honest that was the only thing that I could think of. I'm happy that everyone is being so supportive, but I don't see us winning. Sophia is a older and more experience with the law, Jeremy is only twenty six. He just graduated university. 

"Lanny, look at it from our point of view. Jeremy feeds you, spends quality time with you and you actually like him." Sadie added, "Plus, you got us."

There was a knock at the door. Jeremy got it and brought the lawyer into the kitchen with us. Sadie and Kit had to leave, which was understandable. I told them I would meet up with them later. The lawyer looked very serious. I wasn't sure what was going to happen. 

"Before I go into the prepping, we have something serious we have to go over."

"What's more serious than this?" I asked.

"You were admitted into the hospital not too long ago. You lost your memory from a fight with someone." 

"And?"

"Sophia and her lawyer can use that against you. They could say that it was Jeremy who did it to you." 

"With what proof?"

"With a lot, unless you can remember who actually did that to you." 

I shook my head. I'm not about to rat out my friend. I told him I would, "It was my own fault."

"So, you know who did it?" The lawyer seemed happy about it, less work to figure out.

"I did it to myself." I replied.

"First of all, no. Mostly because your injuries could not be not be done by yourself. Second, if you say yourself, the judge will believe that you are not happy living with Jeremy."

"If you know, just say who it was," Jeremy added, "No one is going to get in trouble."

"Well, the person who did that to you might." The lawyer shrugged.

"I'm not letting him get into trouble."

Jeremy looked exhausted, I knew he did sleep last night, "I will personally make sure that he does not get into trouble. Just please."

I have no other choice, I'm just making this harder on everyone else. And if this leads to me getting the shit kicked out of me again, I guess that's what I'll have to do, "It was Wyatt." 

Jeremy looked confused, I guess he couldn't see Wyatt doing something like that. At least I'll be able to continue to live with Jeremy. 

"Okay, perfect. Now all Wyatt is say that he was the one who did all that to you." The lawyer smiled.

We went over a few more things and he left. He did say that he wanted to meet Wyatt and go over some stuff with him. I'm not even sure how I'm going to tell Wyatt about this. I promised him that I wouldn't tell anyone, mostly because I'm scared of him. The easiest way for me to break the news to him was to text him. I told Wyatt that there was going to be a lawyer at his house tomorrow, sometime in the afternoon. Yeah, he didn't react the way I wanted him to. But in all honestly, what was I really expecting? That kid has a lot anger issues to work out. Hopefully he won't kill before the trial because I don't know about you, but I like a life a lot. Also, I have a hot girlfriend, don't want to give that up. I decided instead of going to bed, that I would just hang out with Sadie and Kit for the rest of the night. I told them to come back over to my house and we could just hang out in the game room or something,.
