Waking up on Saturday morning and getting fresh rutu and I went down to the colony garden. We met Rutujas' friend Rudra and Dolly. (Rudra and Dolly were twins and were in the same class of rutu)."Hi" they both greeted rutu and me. "Hello Rudra, hello Dolly." Rutu greeted in return. "Di, I am going to play with them." She said leaving my hand. "Yeah just be careful and don't hurt yourself." I said and started getting ready to go for my jog( I plugged in my hear phones to a minimum level of volume and started running).

After 10 mins of running there I see him again jogging. (Why on earth do I notice him?) I take another round of the colony that's when I noticed that he have stopped running and is talking to someone. Someone I cannot see from far but for surely is a girl.
As I kept running and went near, I saw he was talking to Saloni(b*tch according to Aniata). I wanted to know what were they talking about just then I realised that he had joined the Xavier high school, so he definitely know her.

I took more six to seven rounds and saw that rutu had finished playing with her friends and was talking to Dhruv. I took a last round and went near them. They both were laughing at something when I reached towards them they stopped laughing and was just staring back at me. "What happened?" I asked. "Di, Dhruv was telling me to come to his house and play with his dog, di let's go naa." Rutu insisted. (Dog!!! Oh no plz I don't want to go to his house esp. To see a DOG)."Rutu let's go home mom and dad must be waiting for us right! " I managed to get an excuse.

"Di plz it'll be fun just for ten minutes." She said in her baby tone.

"No rutu it'll get too late, we'll next time definitely go, but not now." (Oh god I just want to cut this topic off).

"I know why you don't want to go!" Rutu said

"Why?" Dhruv asked getting curious.

(No rutu plz don't tell him anything I gave her a cranky face but she is so stubborn oh god!)

"Come here." She pulled Dhruv down and whispered something in his ear. He started laughing and then looked at me and laughed more (oh god save I hate this moment till my death. I mean it's ok to get scared of dogs but I don't like it that everyone should know about my fear).

Okay we will go and see your dog Now. " I said getting angry.

"Are you sure?" He chuckled.

"Yes im sure." I said.

"Dhruv Dhruv." We heard a voice getting close to us. It was Saloni calling him. "Aren't you ready we have to go practice and make these looser loose again." She said turning towards me. (Idk what grudge she has on me. I've never done anything bad to her, well then I guess it must be he school battle ofcourse of winning the competition and always being on the top). He glanced at me and then down at rutu and told her bye. She waved him bye and hey both left. Standing over there and watching them leave he turned his face still smirking at me. (Ughhh!!!!).

We went home, dad had already left for office and mom was ready waiting for us. She had to go out for some work and told me that the lunch is prepared just warm it up when bfore eating and warned rutu not to irritate me. She quickly kissed our cheeks and left.

It was noon still one hour left for our lunch so I started cleaning up my bookshelf it nearly took fifteen minutes. After that I walked towards my clothes that took me a lil longer time half hour later I was done with cleaning up our bedroom.

"Diiii I am hungry." Rutu started yelling from the hall.

"Yeah wait I'm coming."

We had our lunch in total silence. I wondered why was rutu so quiet today? "Is everything alright?" I asked rutu

"Di I don't like that other girl."she said.

"Whom are you talking about?"

"The girl in the garden, when you I and Dhruv were talking and that other girl came and took Dhruv with her, that girl."

I just smiled and nodded my head "but why?"

"Di she is a bad girl. I don't like her that's it I don't want to talk about her now plz."she insisted.

"Okay okay." We had the rest of our food in utter silence.

We finished our lunch and I washed up the dishes. As I went in the bedroom I saw rutu was fast asleep. I then went in hall to clean up the hall. By the time of three I finished cleaning up the hall and went to the bedroom laying next to rutu I went to sleep.

[After one hour]

I heard the door bell ring, but I was too tired of the work I heard it again (ugh!!!! Who is it? I hope it better be something important. I loveeee my sleep). I got up from the bed and went towards the door.

"Hiii." Anaita said standing at the door.

"Hi anu, what are you doing here?"

"Why? ohh!! I disturbed your sleep didn't I?" She laughed.

"Oh plz stop laughing and get inside." I turned to move in and she followed me.

Sitting on the couch I'm still half asleep and she started talking (oh talking is the wrong word it would be more appropriate if I say gossiping. I must say she is a gossip queen).

"Ish ish." She said waking me up.

"Yeah tell me I'm listening to you." I mummered.

"That's right you better listen to me or else I'll put a glass of water on you." She said in a serious tone.

I then realised that I have not given her some water to drink. I got up from the couch I heard her asking me where am I going? I returned back from the kitchen and handed her the glass.

"I won't say thanks that's your duty."she said and smirked. I threw a pillow on her to which the glass got slipped from her hand. (oh god I had just cleaned).

"It's your fault." She said to me and walked up to the kitchen and brought the mop to clean. While cleaning she asked "So what's the plan for tomorrow?" I had completely forgotten that it's my birthday tomorrow.

"Nothing much." I tried to dismiss the subject asap.

"Come on ish it's your birthday, why do you behave like it's just a normal day?" She said sitting on the couch.

Please now don't give me any of your speech plz." I said joining my hands in front of her.

"Okay, so where is rutu and aunty?"

"Rutu is sleeping and mom is gone out she had some work."

"Guess what!" She said opening rolling her eyes over.

"What?"

"While I was coming to your house I saw that b*tch, she was standing and talking to a boy I've never seen that boy before."

"His name is Dhruv."

Her eyes wide open when I said his name.

"And how do you know his name." She gave a look of tell-me-everything.

(Oh no now I have to explain it to her from the start).

After explaining to her all the scene(just not about his sister's eye operation). She gave me a big smile I was confused and gave her a small smile back.

"Di." We heard rutu calling from bedroom. "There our lil sis is awake." Anu said getting up from the couch. As we reached the bedroom Rutu was sitting on the bed waiting for us( I mean me, cos she didn't knew anu was at home).

"Anu di!!" she yelled and got down from the bed to hug her.
"Hi my lil princess. How are you?"

"I'm fine." Anu said in a baby tone.

"Di I'm hungry." Rutu said looking at me and keeping her hand on her stomach.

"Go get fresh first, till then ill make fried egg for you." I told her.

"Noooo!!! I dont want fried egg." Rutu yelled.

"Then what you want to eat?"

She thought for a min and said "I want to eat bread and butter."

"Okay!!"

After eating bread butter rutu went to the room to study while Anu and I were standing in my balcony and talking. We spoke for literally one hour and didn't realize that we were standing until rutu came out and said "Di, its time to watch my fav cartoon."

"Yeah but did you complete the homework that mom gave you?"

"Yes Didi, now plz can I watch my cartoon?"

"Ok then go ahead."

Rutu switched on the t.v. and changed the channels. "Ok it's time for me to leave." Anaita said.

"Fine." I said and she exited our house waving bye to Rutu and I.

Late at night mom and dad came. We had our dinner and said good night to our parents. (Oh god it was such a long day today plus I'm extremely tired). Laying on the bed Rutu gave me a side kiss and said Good night, I kissed her back and went off to sleep.
