Sitting watching one of the TV series that Nat likes and a scene came up where the accused was vehemently protesting his innocence, swearing that he was in a hotel downtown attending a lecture.

Nat sat up and said,

"That's right! We saw him there!" She turned and pushed me. "Tell them!"

"Hon, it's a show. They are just acting out a story. We never saw the character." I was chuckling.

"Oh... well maybe he wasn't there then."
