"mr. choi? apartment 6?" yeji kept calling him as she knocks on his door.

it has been 2 days since her neighbor was really quiet. she doesn't know why did she decide to check on him, she just went with her instinct even though she doesn't fully know the boy. she felt odd because the boy didn't even read her messages nor seen him outside the apartment or whatever. she also doesn't want to assume that something bad happened to him.

she was going to call the landlord to report about this when she saw a person were standing behind her. she flinched since the familiar person pops out like a ghost. it was soobin. he rose an eyebrow, "oh? you look pale, what's up?"

yeji glares at him, "you little— since when you got here?!"

soobin took a moment to think; he smirked. he then corners her to his door. yeji's heart began to thump loudly since he was getting so close, his scent aggresively lingers into her nostrils. it makes her dizzy.

"seeing you this worried makes you look cute," he said softy. yeji's cheeks felt hot, she quickly pushes soobin to make enough space for them. she points at his face, "good thing you stopped making noise, better keep it that way! where did you even gone to?"

"i decided to buy a new phone since i lost my old one," soobin scratch his nape and rose the phone he recently bought.

yeji crossed her arms, "hope it gets lost too! surely this is going to be a new noise."

soobin chuckles by that, "chill and give me your phone number." he then gave his phone to yeji, "break it and i'll turn you into my slave. you won't like that, right?"

yeji gulps and try her best to glare at him. in the end, she add her number to his contacts. he flash a cocky smile, "thanks, baby."

"whatever," she responded coldly without looking at him. she return to her apartment and quickly close the door shut, "shit! why did i gave it to him that easily?"
