Okay, so I don't know if you know this, but I copy and paste these spells from spellsofmagic.com and the wording tends to confuse me, too. I try to edit same a little to make it easier for me to comprehend what they (the spell writers/publishers) are "saying", but I do tend to get lazy. If there are spelling/grammatical errors, they are most likely not mine, since I am a perfectionist. Everything has to be spelled right, good grammar, etc., but I feel like it changes the spell slightly.

Additionally, I am losing faith in myself to cast spells. I am starting to doubt if magick is real, for I have been struggling to cast them. I've attempted shapeshifting spells, teleportation spells, transformation spells, and revenge spells, and one elemental spell (which element I am). I believe only my elemental spell worked, but that's only one out of, like, 50.

Also, how do you find out your patron god/dess? I haven't understood that. I have a minor, probably coincidental connection to one goddess, Rhiannon, for my middle name in real life is Rhiannon.

I am unsure what to do with myself and my lack of belief. Can I have advice for my situation? Maybe something to fix this?
