Game 4
After a week of intense training, Hotaru still had the guts to say 'you're done for'. But this time, he said something new. His humour past from depressed to victorious. Hope came in to me, wanting to know how, after days of suffering, I could beat that girl, the sixth dragon.
My eyes blinked as I held the magic pen. Hotaru left to by some food while I was left here to understand how to use this pen he gave me. It was empty. I tried writing on paper with it but it didn't do a thing. I remembered how I used to write on my skin for fun when I was small. Knowing it won't do a thing on me I tried writing on my arm like I used to do when I was younger to remember things.
As the pen collided white my skin, my arm bleed as if I was using a blade. I stopped scared and looked at the pen, but it was pretty much the same except that inside were the ink was supposed to be, my blood was trapped in it.
I took the book wondering if it had something to do with it. I slowly wrote something as I waited patiently for what I wrote to happen. I held my right arm in the air as my sword went towards my hand. I nodded exited as I confidently went outside. My fight will have to start one day or another.
I ran the fastest I could to the training ground were Sakuya was waiting for me just like I wrote in the book. Sakuya was silently standing under the trees, her back facing me.
She turned slowly, smiling. she closed her eyes a moment and came towards me at full speed, her sword pointing at my face. She was so fast, I barely managed to escape her blade. I took my sword in my two hands and blocked the attack Sakuya tried to inflicted me. I blinked as she blows into my eyes. She pulled back a little and as I saw an opening, I threw my sword towards her stomach as she was cut in two. I relaxed a little while I took back my sword. Suddenly, a few drops of blood scattered on the floor. A deep cut formed on my cheek as I wondered what was happening. My surroundings changed so suddenly. I didn't know where I was anymore. I was surrounded by cherry trees as I was smelling their sent. Petals were dancing around me as I stand here confused, but amazed. Though, Sakuya's body, disappeared. Something was wrong. I should normally have seen the icon 'victory', and I shouldn't have got this wound! I narrowed my eyes as I looked everywhere.
Cuts were slowly forming all over me as the only thing I could do, was to listen at my ripping skin. I tried slicing the air but to no avail. I continued as long as I could even if it meant I was goanna lose. The smell of blood was hurting my nose as my wounds made it even worse. I couldn't relay on strength or on speed. I couldn't see my opponent so I was as good as blind. I couldn't smell anything else then blood so I couldn't use it at my advantage. The only thing I actually could do, was... to use the spirits. I held an arm up and the other one horizontally. I took a deep breath and recited an incantation. "Millomelu natsus ram." Thousands of spirits came towards my arm as they started to combine, becoming a giant golem. "Attack!!!" I ordered to my golem as they attacked everywhere, trying to hit Sakuya.
A drop of blood fell from afar, were the golem hit once. I went as fast as possible towards it and sliced the air, wishing to hit Sakuya with it.
Blood scattered all over the place as I smirked victoriously. I heard something shatter, my golem as disappeared. Confused, I looked at myself. I was beaten up and my HP was...over.
I didn't die or anything, like I would have expected. It didn't hurt, it was just, weird. I was here, alive, but I couldn't move. It was as if I was a ghost. a few seconds past until I finally became real again. Everything was back to normal. Sakuya was smiling peacefully as she took my and shake it. "It was a good fight for a newbie. Hope we can be friends."
I nodded as I looked at my surroundings. Hotaru was standing their petrified.
"How did you do that?!"
