Alex was waiting for the Wendingo to kill it. Then the Wendingo appears infront of him facing in the same direction as Alex (( it's back was turned to him)) he jumps out and kills it before running to help the couple who it had captured, he cuts the man down who hadn't been hurt yet then he cuts the man's girlfriend down who had a ton of cuts and she was bleeding, the man grabbed his girlfriend and follows Alex out of the wendingo's den.

Alex slumps onto his bed in the motel the woman was going to ok. He packs up his stuff and puts it in the backseat of his 1964 light blue corvair. He returns the key to his room to the front desk and he gets in his corvair and drives to the closet safe house that Sam and Dean showed him.

He arrives and walks in tossing the keys on the table and he sits on the couch and he falls asleep, he woke up a few hours later and decided to check the news, and the newspaper and fm radio for a job, when he found one that sounded like a his kind of job he gets his stuff together and hits the road arriving in Danvers Massachusetts 3 days later and another person had been killed. Then the angels started falling from heaven.
