*RavenPaw's point of view*

I crept closer and closer towards an sleeping warrior. I slept to jump on the Warrior but when I almost landed the Warrior when he turned and rolled out of the way.

"Impressive, but I think I heard you a while ago." He smirked

"Good thing I'm becoming an apprentice to be the best warrior, just like you dad." I puffed my chest out to make myself look older.

"Congratulations RavenKit! When will DeathStar announce who your mentor is?" ShadowFur asked me.

"At sun---" I was interrupted by DeathStar's yowl and I ran out to my mother.

ShadowFur padded behind me and smiled to himself..

"How's my mate?" He asked LightHeart rapping his tail around her's"

LightHeart purred. "Proud to see BlackKit and RavenKit become apprentices today." She licked the top of my head and I protested.

"Today we are lucky to have two Kits ready to become apprentices.

BlackKit, you are to be called BlackPaw from now on and your mentor is DoveWing. DoveWing, this is your first apprentice after becoming my deputy. I expect you to pass on the lessons you have learnt to BlackPaw."

BlackPaw, BlackPaw! The clan shouted.

"RavenKit, you are to be called RavenPaw from now on and your mentor is GrayTail. GrayTail, as I understand, RavenPaw is your last apprentice before you become an Elder. I expect you to pass on all of your lessons so that nothing is lost on our new generation." DeathStar announced.

RavenPaw, RavenPaw! The clan shouted.

BlackPaw lifted his tail up and walked over to DoveWing knowing I was watching.
