Steven walked up to Ruby and Sapphire, "is she gonna come back..?" At the end of that sentence, the gem started to shine, "yes..." Ruby and Sapphire said at the same time with a smile.

In place of the gem, a figure appeared, she had green ish skin, and the Emerald was her left eye, she had short acid green hair, a big floppy hat with ribbon comming down on a side, her shirt was a dark green short crop top, with brown gloves, she also had long shorts, and brown cowboy boots.

Emerald dropped to a knee when she looked up, her other eye was wrapped, Ruby and Sapphire hugged her, "R...Ruby..? Sapphire..?" She breathed, "Emerald, what happened?" Sapphire asked,

"it was..." Emerald said taking her hat off, "it was yellow diamond, she almost got my gem, as you can tell, she only got my eye" Emerald put at hand to her gem.

"How can you see..?" Ruby asked, and she looked at, "I can sense your gems!" Emerald smiled, and looked over to Steven "like I can see Pearl, Amithyst, Rose, and you two! Also paridot..?" She said confused.

But the name that stood out was Rose instead of Steven, "umm, Emerald, Rose is dead" Ruby said, "but she's right there..." Emerald said confused, "oh! No no no no... that's Steven, Roses son" pearl said

"Oh! I totally! Have no clue what you mean pearl" Emerald shook her head, "Rose gave her being to Steven" pearl tryed to explain, Emerald looked at them, "okay... so... hi... Steven..." Emerald sighed and just went with it.

"Hi! I'm so glade your okay!" Steven smiled,

"This is gonna take some getting used to...." Emerald sighed.
