You are the greatest project that you’ll ever get to work on. Take your time. Create magic.

That’s right, the GREATEST project you will ever work on in this life is YOURSELF! Far too many of us spend too much time worrying about and taking care of others and too often neglect our own well-being.  But I have learned that you are able to give the most to others when you give first to yourself. 
Personal growth is something I work on and practice every day. And trust me it is not always easy, but, just like any other skill, it takes practice.
The journey of personal growth doesn’t have to be anything grand. The real results happen in making small daily changes as simple as waking up each day and asking yourself, “How can I be better today? What’s one small thing I can do to bring me closer to fulfilling my dreams today?”

I too often hear the excuse, “My days are so crazed, how in the world am I supposed to find time for myself?!” But you have to remember, it’s not about having time, it’s about MAKING time.  Your personal well-being depends on it. Whether it’s starting a new fitness routine, learning to cook healthier meals for you and your family, finding time to read an inspiring book, to getting outside and exploring more, to finally start taking those yoga lessons, or  simply to schedule in more much-needed time to sleep and let your body rest, staying consistent is KEY! Motivation might be what gets you started, but habit is what keeps you going. Habit is what dreams are made of!

So get out there and force yourself to get moving, to feeding your body well and finding time to do something that makes your soul happy! At the end of the day, your health, mental well-being, fulfilling your dreams and living the life you’ve always wanted, is entirely up to you!
