we were supposed to be watching the video,

but i couldn't stop my eyes from wondering to you.

you were just talking to the girl beside you happily chatting away.

you were laughing and looked like you were having fun with the conversation.

a smile took over my face as you closed your eyes and tilted your head back in laugher.

it was intriguing to me;

i thought it was lovely.

i jumped a bit as your head turned towards my direction.

instead of being weirded out or confused why i was staring at you,

you gave me a bright smile.

normally it would have calmed me down that you didn't think anything of it,

but i was too busy trying to keep my heart from bursting out of my chest.
