if there is one thing Kelbor  found about Dr willy he was mad  Scientist that wanted to take over the world due to him being Jealous

while exploring one of his labs that Kelbor found in the outlands with Him discovering a strange substance which launched attacks on him 

only for him to evade he managed to beat this mysteries thing and once it reveals it self as The Shadow devil 

a powerful robot based on the yellow devil  and like its predecessor it leaves a green area that damages 

anything that gets caught in the crossfire 

when Blagoj arrived with his wives he saw the shadow devil instead of attacking him it bowed to him

as a sign of respect 

shocked at this the shadow devil would explain why Dr Willy respected Blagoj because he saw all that he did 

during the black arms war and he send the shadow devil to assist him but he arrived and was later ambushed by the black arms forcing him to hide in this lab 

intrigued by this Blagoj asked what the shadow devil would do 

it replied it will join his subjugator legion
