"So we can't stay here forever." Pete spoke up out of the silence. Everyone was sitting in a circle, Halsey in the middle of the circle for no reason at all but because she can.

"Why not?" Halsey asked, obviously scared to leave. The room went silent, trying to figure out how to explain why they couldn't stay. Tyler sighed and decided to try since no one else was.

"W-well Halsey you see, um..." He trailed off, not wanting to be blunt.

"Look, if we stay anywhere too long. We'll die. Either we run out of food and water, or the scary things get in and hurt us real bad." Josh sighed as she started crying.

"Josh!" Tyler glared at him and Patrick went over and picked up Halsey and walked away getting her to quiet down.

"What?" He asked with a shrug.

"Not cool dude." Pete and Brendon shook their heads.

"What else would you say?" He asked, every paused, they didn't actually know. "See! Either way, what city are we in? Maybe if we get to my farm we could build it up. Then we can have a safe place."

"Springs, Texas. Where is your farm?" Pete asked.

"Not Texas." Josh sighed.

"Then why and how did you end up in Texas?" Tyler asked.

"I was performing at a rodeo in Houston. And a cargo plane made for such things." He responded.

"So where is your farm?" Dallon asked.

"Uh...Wolf Point, Montana..." Josh mumbled.

"Wait where the heck do you live?" Brendon asked

"I have a house in Ohio, a house in California, and a farm in Montana." Josh replied, "Family in Ohio, I ended moving to Cali, and Montana is a great place for land."

They all nodded, understanding his point. "So we have to get to Montana, that shouldn't be hard right?" Patrick asked when he walked back into the room.

"We're gonna need a truck." Pete stated, which confused everyone. "Listen, we don't know who is alive. And Patrick and I have PHD's in all types of science. Maybe we can find a cure. And to do that we need a lab. Worth a shot?"

"It's worth a shot." Everyone agreed.

"But until we can find a truck, just take what you need from here, pack it up in your car and we'll leave in 2 days. Tyler will guard you when you go outside." Josh stated, Tyler nodded along with him. "Brendon and Dallon, I need you to guard the door and Halsey while they work. We'll do this tomorrow, get rest until then."

They nodded, "What are you gonna do?"

"I'm taking Rio and going to find a near by store then loot it." He told them.

"Are you sure?" Patrick asked, referring to his leg.

"Yea, I can run and fight." Josh smiled, they agreed to the plan and to start at 10am tomorrow. Then they parted ways to go rest. Tyler and Halsey go in one room, Josh had his own room. Patrick and Pete had a room, and the couple got a room.
