Brendon woke up next to Dallon with a smile on his face. Finally they had some sort of rest and some sort of security. He slipped out of bed, so he could go check on the other two. He grabbed their key card, everyone has each other's key cards. He walked out to the room across from his and opened it. With that he peeked in Josh and Tyler's bedroom, but only seeing Josh. Brendon looked around the room but didn't see him.

"He better not have ditched out." He mumbled to himself and walked out the room quietly. He made his was downstairs and spotted him through the windows, he was outside petting Rio. Brendon walked outside to him and stood by him.

"Ya know, you shouldn't just walk off like that. And outside is dangerous." Brendon told him as he started to pet Rio aswell.

"Yea well, waking up to a very handsome person who doesn't like you in a bed that you don't know how you got in, I thought required some thinking time." Tyler shrugged and turned towards Brendon with a tiny smile, he was being nice. Brendon nodded in understanding and noticed Tyler's weapon leaning against the wall. They sat in silence for a bit before Josh came out.

"Brendon, Dallon is up and worried." Josh told him, Brendon nodded and jogged back inside. "Would you like to go for a ride in a bit? I need to walk him, keep his legs warm. But I gotta feed him first."

Tyler nodded and faced Josh, "Yeah sure, even though I'm surprised you'd want to do anything with someone you don't like." Tyler walked inside and Josh frowned.

"Well I thought it wasn't obvious." He mumbled and began to feed Rio 2 apples and 1 carrot. Trying to make everything last. As Rio ate Josh started to get his sadle on but decided not to and took it off. Instead he put a simple bareback pad on with his reins. Tyler came back out looking more ready. Josh got on and helped Tyler up as well.

They started walking a little away from the hotel. It was nice and peaceful, oddly. They were a bit out when Josh decided to stop.

"I don't hate you." Josh suddenly spoke, "I can't say I like you, but I don't hate you."

"Right back at ya." Tyler sighed and rested his head on Josh's back. Josh smiled and turned back to walk back while Tyler enjoyed the nature. They made it back they heard a russle in the leaves. Josh walked slowly towards in with Tyler behind him.

Josh opened the clearing to see a little girl. Tyler went towards her and crouched down then talked to her quietly. Then picked her up and walked towards Josh. Who shook his head no.

"Josh, she's a little girl who doesn't even know who she is!" Tyler exclaimed.

"How are we supposed to take care of a child, Rio can not hold everyone!" Josh shot back, "Not to mention we can barely help ourselves."

"Josh."

"No! I'm not-"

"Josh!"

"Tyler I said-"

"Josh, move!!"

Josh caught on and moved out of the way as a zombie fell over, Josh stomped it's head into the ground.

"This isn't over, get the girl inside and bring me my bow and arrows. I can distract for a bit." Josh told Tyler, who nodded and ran inside, quickly retrieving Josh's stuff and handing the girl to the confused Dallon. Brendon grabbed the knives and the two joined a cornered Josh. Tyler threw him his stuff and started to fight. They worked as a team and defeated the small group of zombies. Josh had feel and cut open his leg durning the fight, but no one knew and they all retreated to the rooms to help the girl and Dallon. Josh stayed back and waited until everyone left to fix himself a little.

"At least it's not a bite." He mumbled as he found a first aid kit. He bit down a cloth as he pour alcohol on it to keep it from getting infected and help the blood clot a tiny bit. Though it was still bleeding a fare amount. He took the gauze and wrapped his wound, it being soaked with blood almost immediately. He sighed and pulled his pants back over it.

"That's gonna need stiches, and I don't know how much blood one could lose." He mumbled standing up feeling a bit dizy. He walked upstairs and noticed that Brendon and Dallon's room was open and Tyler was at the door. He hid his limp as best as he could.

"So you don't know your name?" Brendon asked, the girl shook her head and noticed Josh at the door and quickly ran to him, hugging his good leg. Which caught Josh off guard, confused. She also look at Tyler and smiled. Who was also confused.

"Age? What about your age?" Josh finally asked, his voice noticeably strained.

"S-six." She whispered. Josh sighed tiredly and handed her off to Tyler.

"How much blood can a human lose?" Josh whispered to himself.
