Ok. So this is a tag only rp. So if I don't tag you then you can't rp. Plain and simple. And I'm not picking favorites. I'm picking people who I enjoy rping with and who fits the situation. Like say I wanted to roleplay a certain arc of a manga and not everyone has gotten that far. I wouldn't pick someone who hasn't read that far. So yeah.
