This is the shortest chapter ever but... Stuff happens...

Baekhyun looked for some place to hide so that he could think about what just happened. He got to the stairwell, and even with his watery eyes, he saw something he didn't notice before. It was a small door that usually looked like it was for storage.

Baekhyun never really used these specific stairs because the other one was closer to all his classes.

Baekhyun walked closer to the small door and he pushed on it, surprised that it was open. He ducked under the doorway and was met with a small room filled with darkness.

In the corner, he saw something—a figure...

"H-Hello?" He asked quietly and the person didn't reply.

Baekhyun looked closer and saw distinctive features that he couldn't miss. The person- or rather Sehun, had bright colored hair and so it was hard to confuse him for someone else. Sehun was sitting with his legs to his chest, his face in his knees.

"Sehun? This is where you've been?" Baekhyun asked but yet again, no reply. Baekhyun shuffled further into the room and plopped down beside him. "Are you okay? Why are you so upset?" Baekhyun patted Sehun's back reassuringly, urging him on.

Since Sehun was younger than Baekhyun, he couldn't help acting as if Sehun was a kid.

"There's nothing wrong at all," he sniffled.

Was it Baekhyun or did Sehun sound like he was crying?

"Okay, Sehun. What's wrong, tell me right now."

Baekhyun didn't actually expect an answer but when he got one, he was surprised, even more surprised then when he found Chanyeol and Dara in the other room.

"It's not my fault okay? These days Chanyeol only ever hangs out with her and whenever I try to phone him, the line's always busy because he's always phoning her! And now he comes to school and says he's her boyfriend?! He didn't even tell me anything at all! It's not my fault that I'm sad! It's not my fault at all that I like Chanyeol!"

It's the second time Baekhyun choked that day, but this time, he choked on Sehun's words. "Y-You... You like Chanyeol? Like... More than a friend?"

Sehun took his face out of his knees and looked at Baekhyun, his eyes red from crying. "What the fuck does it look like?" He asked and Baekhyun couldn't even comprehend anything.

So that's why he's seen Sehun's lingering looks on Chanyeol.

So that's why whenever Baekhyun talked to Chanyeol, Sehun examined them closely and asked weird questions.

"I can't believe this..."

"Me neither," Sehun stated and put his face back into his knees, wetting his pants because of his tears. "I never knew I liked him until last year when Chanyeol begun to be more open with me..."

But what about me? I randomly decided, 7 minutes ago, that I might even love him.

Baekhyun sighed and leaned his head back against the wall, contemplating all his ideas and trying to find out the best choice of action.

"I... Have an idea," Baekhyun spoke up and Sehun looked at Baekhyun. "We could... Make him jealous of you..."

Sehun's eyes brightened and he smiled at Baekhyun, causing the smaller to feel guilty. "You'd do that? For me?!" He asked excitedly and Baekhyun nodded, smiling forcibly.

Baekhyun felt guilty because this plan was mostly for himself. He felt bad because in the back of his mind, he was actually trying to find someone Sehun could like so that he could get over Chanyeol and leave him with Baekhyun.

Baekhyun felt like such a terrible person.

But if Sehun fell in love with the person they'd use, it wouldn't matter at all, right?

"Maybe we can find someone that needs help making someone else jealous too..." Baekhyun trailed off and Sehun finally got out of his ball, sitting cross legged.

"Do you have any idea?" Sehun asked and Baekhyun almost shook his head before a thought smacked him right across the face.

"Jongin. Jongin needs your help!" Baekhyun exclaimed and Sehun looked at him with an excited yet surprised expression.

"Jongin is my friend too! This could totally work!" Sehun exclaimed and Baekhyun smiled at Sehun's child like behaviour.

... Though, Baekhyun worried about what Kyungsoo would feel like.

Because what if Baekhyun's plan goes terribly well and Sehun and Jongin get into an inseperable relationship? What happens to Kyungsoo?

Baekhyun wanted to bang his head against the wall.

Would he really go this far for some stupid prick who already has a girlfriend?

Baekhyun groaned and Sehun looked at him questioningly.

"It's nothing... I just have a headache," Baekhyun lied and Sehun nodded.

"When are we going to ask Jongin?" He asked and Baekhyun shrugged, hitting the back of his head against the wall repeatedly. "Stop, you're going to hurt yourself and make your headache worsen."

"I don't know..." Baekhyun replied and just hit his head harder against the wall.

I can still back down and actually help Sehun with his relationship...

But then Chanyeol won't be yours... The voice in his mind was taunting him, pushing him closer to breaking relationships apart to get his own.

Baekhyun felt like pulling out his hair and jumping off a cliff.

"Sehun... Actually I think we should..." Baekhyun trailed off and Sehun looked at him so innocently that he truly believed he was tricking a five year old. "I think instead of..."

Do you really want to help Sehun get together with Chanyeol?

"Instead of what?" Sehun asked and Baekhyun sighed.

"Let's not use Jongin to make Chanyeol jealous." Baekhyun spoke so quickly, breathing out afterwards.

There. This is how it should be.

"Instead let's just talk to him normally and you need to flaunt of all of your charms to actually get this to work."

"'Flaunt all my charms'? Baekhyun what have you been reading lately?" Sehun asked and Baekhyun laughed, already feeling lighter knowing that he won't ruin Kyungsoo and Jongin's relationship.

"But I kind of like the idea of Chanyeol getting jealous over me..." Sehun trailed off and Baekhyun sighed.

Baekhyun definitely liked the sound of that too.

Although he knew there were better ways to do this, he couldn't stop himself.

"How about we date, Sehun?" Baekhyun blurted out and Sehun's eyes widened a ton.

"You like me?!" Sehun exclaimed and Baekhyun shook his head.

"No offence... But I need to make someone else jealous too..."

Someone else AKA the one who you also like...

"This is perfect then!" Sehun yelled and Baekhyun nodded, keeping his eyes cast on the ground. "When do we start?!" Sehun questioned, thrilled by the change of plans.

"Well, tomorrow is a weekend, so how about Monday? For now lets set up things like I don't know... Couple rings?" Baekhyun guessed and Sehun nodded excitedly.

"I actually have some couple rings that we could use oh and I am a great actor too. So great that I could fool you with one measly action."

Baekhyun looked at him with a raised eyebrow and Sehun laughed.

"I just thought you'd need to know that for... Future references..."

"Well then, this plan is all the better then," Baekhyun grinned and Sehun grinned back.
