Maddie's P.O.V

I woke up in the middle of a field of red,blue and purple flowers.
"Becca would have loved this" I breathed out then a realized why I was here....
Becca buried me when I died!

No one's P.O.V

Maddie walked through the day until he met up to a group of zombies "talking"
"Uhhhh hello?" Maddie said he didn't know if he was going to get attacked
"OH! YOU'RE ONE OF THE NEW ZOMBIES WHAT KIND OF ZOMBIE ARE YOU?!" A little kid about 7 ran up to Maddie.
"What kind...?"
"OH!" The 7 year old cleared his throat.
Maddie looked at him "Oh lord..."
"A ZOMBIE HAS A STATUS LIKE THE HUMANS DO,A SHADOW WALKER IS THE HIGHEST NEXT IS A FAST RUNNER AND SO ON!"
The little kid yelled. "Well I have go and see what I am or see if i can find some food" Maddie slowly backed away and turned his body to the side. "OKIE BYE NEW ZOMBIE" the little kid sang and skipped away.

Becca's P.O.V
My tail flicked as i heard footsteps behind me. I turned my head a little cracking my collar bone with it sounding as if you cracked a glow stick to light it up. I gripped the sleeve of my little demon's hoodie that he gave me before he died,looking behind me. My eyed start to blurr with tears as I see Maddie walking around looking for something or someone. I pull my hood up and walk by him hitting his shoulder as the tears from my eyes start to roll down my cheeks and soak into my eye-patch, I couldn't and I wouldn't believe this is what my lover as become as my ears flatten I fall to my knees and break down. I didn't care if I were to die now I couldn't bare to see him like this. I felt a hands pull me up by my waist and hug me from behind, I was taken back by the person who hugged me.

Maddie's P.O.V
I grabbed Becca by the waist as I normally would to greet her she is shaking and cold,was she scared....? I thought. No she couldn't be,yes I am a zombie but I would never hurt my angel I have no right and not the heart to bite or turn her. I slowly turned her around to see her face but it was covered by her hood I began to see that she wasn't shaking because of fear she was shaking because she was crying. I slowly took off her hood to see her used to be bright sparkling red eyes have faded and doesn't seem to have many emotions,she had a eye-patch on her right eye,the eye-patch was a bit bloody so I removed it to see her tears were mixed with blood on her right eye and her eye was gone like my left eye was. I couldn't believe my angel had to go through this! Her tail flicked at me I chuckled knowing she was now calming down and becoming curious of why this happened,how did this happened  and most importantly.....

Becca's P.O.V
"A-Are you still the M-Maddie I k-know?" I stuttered out at him,I was just calming down and I don't have the energy to run if he were to attack me. I have so many questions and I needed answers that was until I heard. "BECCA!" my team mate shouted out for me,dumbass move if I were to shout back but I just looked back worried if anything heard us and to my convenience a group of zombies and shadow walkers heard us. "Fuck...." I whisper under my breath,I then ran out of Maddie's grip and grabbed my team mate's hand and hid her under some broken down car and I waited near the car because there was not enough room for me. So I ran into a field with a shadow walker following me.

Maddie's P.O.V
I ran infront of Becca and the shadow walker and grabbed her hand and swinged her into the air away from the shadow walker before they can touch her. I growled at the shadow walker to leave her alone. Which thankfully they did, I sighed and looked at her happy she was okay but a bit pissed she ran.

Becca's P.O.V
I had to run because if i didnt a normal zombie would have gotten me and I couldn't shoot the gun would have made a louder nosie and I would have died either way. So i ran, I glanced at Maddie to see was happy I was okay which I was thankful he saved me again.  We started to walk to the broken down car where my team mate was,she crawled out from under her knees a little dirty so she wiped them off.

No one's P.O.V
"Thank you commander" the team mate said with a smile. Becca smiled back,as much of a smile as she could anyways. "Hello Sara" Maddie formally called out only to get Sara to hold him at gun point then Sara covered Becca's eye and pulled the trigger
