I ran down the long hallways, through classrooms, and cafeterias. 

"Sydney! Jack! Where the heck are you!!" I said quietly, getting really worried.

That's when I saw Jack run down the hall, and come to an abrupt stop at my side. 

"Lucy! Have you found Sydney yet? I've been looking everywhere!" 

"WHAT? I'VE BEEN LOOKING EVERYWHERE FOR YOU TWO!" I shrieked.

He took a long breath, and we took off sprinting down the hall.

There was no time to waste, and we ran into every classroom on the way, noticing  increasing  amounts of red eyed children.

I saw my friends Scarlett, and Max, both with eyes glowing of dark auburn.

That's when Jack broke down, he and Max were brothers. 

"Max!"He cried and I put my hand ove his mouth.

"Shhhhhhh! I know he's your brother, but he's also a mass murderer now!" I whispered.

Jack looked up, with the same bloodshot eyes i'd had just moments ago.

I patted him on the back.

"I know you'll miss him, but we have to keep going to save everyone else!" I said quietly.

He nodded, and stood up. He wiped his eyes.

"Let's go." He said, determined.
