Reeve was shocked but undeniably happy when Teaghan suddenly grabbed his hand and began to drag him off away from everyone else who was gathered. She obviously didn't mind contact in front of his men or her pack.
However, a part of him was worried about why she was taking him away for privacy. What did she want to say? Did it have something to do with what Cecily and Alpha Steve said? Was she going to tell him she couldn't leave Reed pack?
If she did, what would he do? He was Alpha to the Kings. No, that wasn't even a question. He had many men who would be great Alpha's. Gael for example. Feeling a bit better, he followed her straight back to her room.
If she didn't want to leave, he would simply stay with her. Once they were safely in her room, she turned towards him, looking a bit shy. "What's wrong?"
"I have some things I need to say to you," she admitted. She sounded a bit scared and it made him move closer.
"You can tell me anything. I don't care what it is," he promised.
Teaghan looked up into his eyes, seeing his sincerity. "I love you," she blurted after a moment then realized what she'd just done and blushed brightly.
Reeve's heart nearly stopped but quickly began to beat rapidly in excitment and joy.
"I didn't mean to blurt that out like that. I meant that, I love you and I want us. The bond, mating. I want you now and forever. I want to live in your pack, I want to start a family."
Reeve could barely contain himself, but he could tell by her rambling that all these confessions made her nervous. He cut off her ramblings with a kiss, soft and light at first until her mouth parted allowing him to taste and devour.
After a moment, he broke the kiss, his fingers curled in her beautiful, silky hair. "I love you too Teaghan Reed. I want you as my mate, my lover, my friend. I want children with you and I, of course, want you to live with me."
Her beautiful hazel eyes, which looked more gold than any other color glazed over with relief and joy. "I'm so happy I wrote you that letter," she snuggled closer.
"I'm happy I came," he leaned forward and inhaled her vanilla scent. He knew when he had scented it from the letter that it was going to change his life. He just hadn't realized how much.

Teaghan sighed as she cuddled next to Reeve on her bed. It seemed much smaller with Reeve in it than it did with her and Cecily. Of course, Reeve was nearly as big as both of them put together.
She felt high on his scent as it surrounded her. His hands rubbed up and down her back, occasionally skimming the top of her back end though he never went there. She had to wonder if he was afraid of rushing her?
Though, admittedly she would rather wait for that part of their mating until they'd gotten back to his pack and were alone without the threat of someone barging in.
Just as she finished the thought, the bedroom door burst open. A gasp shot through the silent and peaceful room and then she heard her sisters echoing disgust.
"Ew, ew, ew! I know I was curious Tea but seriously! Can't you guys do that sort of thing in another bed that I don't sleep in?!"
Reeve chuckled, clearly amused while Teaghan rolled her eyes at her sister's dramatics. "We were just cuddling Cece, calm down. I wouldn't be doing anything while my little sister could barge in, without knocking, knowing we're in here I might add."
Cecily giggled, "I honestly didn't think about it. I mean, I knew you were both up here, but I didn't think that- that you'd..." She made a crude gesture that made Teaghan throw a pillow.
Cecily sidestepped out of the pillows way and giggled when it hit Gael in the face. Innocently, she skipped out of the room leaving the lovebirds behind and forgetting why she'd gone to the room, to begin with.
Teaghan's face burned when she saw Gael and cursed her sisters retreating back as she disappeared. "You didn't hear a word," she pointed at Gael who just smirked and turned away. "Alpha, Luna, I just came to let you know that dinner will be served shortly," with that Gael left the room, shutting the door behind him.
Teaghan sighed in embarrassment and then realized she was still drapped over Reeve's upper body. She had leaned over when she had chuncked the pillow at her sister and hadn't moved.
Her body noticed while her mind was slower to comprehend. He was all hardness to her softness. Her yin to his yang as corny as it sounded. She looked at him, his eyes glowing with passion and desire.
She bit her lip which seemed to be like lighting his fuse. He was quick to sit up and claim her lips, of course, she had no problem with that. She loved feeling him against her and as it was she was basically on him.
It wasn't lost on her how excited he was and how fast this could get out of control if they allowed it. So after a moment of just enjoying the kiss, she pulled away.
Their breath mixed as they panted. "I'm sorry that we can't-"
He silenced her with a quick peck, "no apologies. I don't want to rush this, knowing you love me, knowing you accept me as your mate is enough for me. The rest will come in time, besides," his voice became smoky, husky with his unsated passion and excitement.
"I want to take my time savoring every inch of your skin. To taste every part of you slowly, without rushing a second of it," as he spoke his fingers caressed her.
Goosebumps erupted along her skin thinking about it. The images that his words conjured up were almost too hot to even think about. It also sounded like it would be the most pleasurable torture she'd ever experience.
Reeve was painfully hard but he was serious. He wouldn't rush her. He could smell her arousal, could see how diolated her eyes were even in the dimly lit room and while he would enjoy teasing her and hearing her beg another time, it wasn't now.
With an aroused growl, he stood up and set her down on unsteady legs. "Let's go get some food."
