Krystal's POV

My eyes popped out of my head when I heard Kai's response. He knows who Myungji is?

"Well who is she?" Amber asked before I could.

"She's was a friend of my mothers. And she was one of those old woman who did the whole fortune teller thing" Kai said before he sat down on my bed.

"So do you think she did some sort of voodoo on you to bring you back?" Jackson asked.

"I really don't know. The last time I saw her ,I was at least seven years old. And even then, she was up in age. I doubt she's even alive" Kai said. And I was at a loss for words.

"Well she must be if she left the note" Amber said.

"You have a point there" Kai said puzzled.

"Do you know where we can find her?" I asked finally gathering my thoughts.

"She was in this purple building called yeong"

"Zero?" Jackson asked.

"Ne right next to Yungu's barbeque" Kai said. And I nodded my head instantly knowing where it was.

"Okay well it's settled. Krystal and I will go to the place tomorrow to see if Myungji knows anything" Amber said.

"Why can't I come?" Jackson asked.

"Because your not going" Amber said. And Jackson scratches his head. As if he was confused.

"Huh?" He asked.

"Anyway. See you tomorrow Krystal. Bye Kai" Amber said before she walked out of the room. Leaving Jackson behind.

And he was pouting.

"Well if it means anything. You look pretty. Just like my grandma" Kai said trying to make Jackson feel better. And oddly it worked.

"Really?" Jackson asked and Kai nodded.

"Oh thank God. Do you know how long I had to search through my grandma's drawers just to find this gown. I mean it took fore-"

"JACKSON!" Amber yelled.

"Gotta go,the alarm clock is going off" Jackson said before rolling his eyes and walking out of the room.

Leaving just me and Kai.

"Are you sure you really want to do this?" Kai asked. And I nodded.

"Its the only way I'll find out what's going on. Just sitting here trying to process all that's already happened. Gives me anxiety. Like I'm loosing my mind" I said unconsciously.

And when I looked back at Kai. He was standing up and walking towards me.

"I didn't mean to cause this. Seeing you in discomfort isn't making it easy for me either." Kai said.

"Its okay. It's not your fault" I said. And Kai shook his head.

"Ani. It is because if I had listened to you the night of the championship. I wouldn't have died." Kai said looking at me with sorry eyes.

"Don't feel bad. I knew how hard you worked for the game. Just get some sleep and don't worry about me. I'll be fine." I said trying to keep myself together.

Just saying that I'm going to be okay makes me want to break down.

"I won't sleep until I know you are" Kai said being stubborn. And I rolled my eyes.

"Kai-"

"Come on" he said before he lightly pushed me towards my bed. And once I layed down. He put the blanket on me and tucked me in.

I stared at him as he was doing so. And noticed that nothing about him has changed. Not his face, body or even actions. Its almost as if he never died in the first place.

"Are you comfortable?" He asked. And I nodded.

"Okay. Goodnight jagi" he said before kissing my for head. And walking towards the door.

Some part of me wanted to tell him not to go. And to lay here with me. But I don't know if I'm ready for that again. Not until I find out everything.

My thinking came to halt. When I felt myself slipping deeper and deeper into slumber.

"Krystallllll!"

I opened my eyes quickly. Only to see Amber staring back at me.

"What are you doing?" I asked annoyed.

"Get up we have to go" she said.

And I rolled my eyes as I was sitting up.

"This early?" I asked.

"Early? Krystal it's eleven thirty two. You've been sleeping for more than whats required" Amber said and I looked at her in disbelief.

I've never slept this late in my life.

"Wow I guess I was really tired" I said before running my hands through my hair.

"I'll say. When I walked in here. Kai was just sitting on the edge of the bed staring at you" Amber said.

"Staring at me?"

"Ne while you were sleeping. I know creepy right?" Amber said. And I started to blush.

I know it may seem weird to others. But I find this extremely flattering.

"Are you blushing?" Amber asked squinting at me and I started to panic

"Aniya! Get out so I can get ready" I said shooing Amber away.

Time passed and I showered and did the whole hygiene thing before putting on jeans and a t shirt with my black chucks.

I then walked down stairs to see Kai and Amber playing a video game on my tv.

I smiled at the two of them. Not wanting to break up the good time. Before Kai looked over and noticed me.

"Krystal how did you sleep" Kai said before pausing the game and walking up to me. Giving me a tight hug.

"Okay I guess" I said muffling into his chest.

"Cut the love fest. Krystal we have to go" Amber said walking up to us and grabbing my arm.

"Okay I'll see you later Kai" I said before Amber quickly pulled me out of the house.

We then got into Amber's car and drove to the main streets of Seoul. We were passing store after store until we finally pulled up to the purple place.

"This is it right?" Amber asked.

I looked over and saw Yungu's barbeque.

"This is the place" I said before Amber and I got out of the car. I then walked up to the store and analyzed the places appearance.

The windows were filled with old sayings and yearly decorations. It really looked like party store.

"Hello!" Amber yelled as she knocked on the door for the third time.

"I don't think anyone's here" I said noticing the lights were off.

"Well what are we going to do?" Amber asked.

"Lets go get something to eat. And come back. They should be open by then" I said. And Amber reluctantly agreed.

We ended up going to the ice cream shop for something quick to eat. Since I didn't feel like waiting for a real meal.

"What do you mean you don't have chunky monkey?" Amber asked.

"Sorry ma'am we don't. Would you like to try our rainbow sherbet?" The cashier asked.

"No I wouldn't like to try your 'rainbow sherbet' wheres my chunky monkey!?" Amber yelled and I stepped in front of her.

"She would like to try your sherbet thank you" I said before pulling Amber farther from the desk.

"What's wrong with you?" I asked.

"I wanted my ice cream" Amber said before pouting.

"Look. With the way you were spazzing. You would've been arrested before we had the chance to visit Yeong" I said.

"Why does it matter. We don't even know if the place is still in business" Amber said.

"Actually it is"

Amber and I turned around only to see this tall ,dark and handsome man smoking and leaning against the ice creams window.

"It is?" I asked.

"Ne I'm the owner" he said before taking a long drag of his cigarette.

You can smoke in here?

"Well do you know anyone by the name of Myungji?" Amber asked.

"Ne that's my mom" he said.

"Well where can we find her?" I asked.

And it became quiet before the man started to laugh. I looked over at Amber confused. While Amber stared at me the same way.

"What's so funny?" I asked.

"She died five years ago"
