The principal walked over to Billy, sitting in the corner and explained what's going to happen.
Sarah could see that he was frightened as he listened to the plan, but he just nodded in agreement.
The principal was touched by the way the boy reacted. He was willing to take the consequences  for his actions, even if it meant death.
The principal immediately,  decided to go with him.

"Don't. Let him do it alone." , his wife whispered,  not wanting Billy to hear her selfishness.

"No! What he did was an accident. I want to be there to protect him.", replied her husband.

"Of course,  sorry.  Just... try not to die. ", she said. Trying hard not to cry.

"I won't ", he replied and wiped away her tears that were forming. " I love you".

" I love you too.", she sobbed.

He put his arm around Billy's shoulders and both of them,  walked towards the classroom door. 
After doing the usual,  moving tables and unlocking the door, they both stepped outside.

As soon as they did so, the  door slammed shut behind them and they were surrounded by the most vicious looking monsters.
