"What ever lives brightly will one day die, but fire always has embers"

Katauna sighed as she walked out of class. Sabryna said bye as she raced away. While in the hall she met up with Abbey. "Hey" she said to her. "Oh hi Katauna" Abbey replied. They chatted for a while walking to dance. They chatted a bit until the bell rang. Katuana bounced up as she saw the volley ball net. "Yes, i can't wait!" Abbey yelped. Two girls, Eva and Brit chose the teams. Katuana served the ball and it went flying over the net. Some girl hit  it back. They kept this up for some while until the ball hit the floor. They played until the bell rang again. They walked and chatted for a while then broke off. Katuana headed to science. She sat down at the desk. Nothing interesting happened. Just some stuff about plant life or something. bleh, i'm hungry Katuana thought in the middle of it.

Finally the bell rang again and she headed to lunch. Now, lunch was a very glorious thing. The friends where​ extremely lucky. Out of the three lunches, they all got first. Katuana sat down. Abbey was saying something about computers. Katuana bit into her burger. Which didn't taste like any sort of meat. "Ugh, id don't know how you eat that stuff" Tatyana said chewing a peice of lettuce. Abbey poked her beef nachos, "don't worry" she said "i don't think this is beef" After that the day was slow. Math, english, and art. Katauna was glad art was at the end of the day. It was also the one thing she had with Tatyana. They learned something about oil paint then got to experiment with them. It was still really boring.

Last bell finally rung. It sounded beautiful, but the same as the others. She met up with Abbey and Tatyana after school. "I'm going to go barge into her house!" Katauna said racing to Sabryna's. They got there and knocked on the door. They heard yelling from inside. Sabryna opened the door. A red mark on her face. "Come in" she said pushing them into her room. The sound of a car came from outside. "My mom and dad want me to go away for a while" she said sighing. They hugged her. "Come crash at my house" Katauna said "My mom really likes you" Sabryna said okay and started stuffing some things in a bag. She was digging in her drawers when she pulled out a white jewel.
