I will explain the characters' age, appearance and their personality... Let's Start!!
Eric Raijin : AP = He has a blonde hair with four-pointy edges representing Goku's hair. He has an emerald green eyes. When on duty, he wears a black jacket with green flame markings on each ends of the sleeves and at the end of the jacket. He wears a dark green underneath with a lime green stripe instead of black like the PPGs' clothing..he also appears to have a green cape.When he is not on duty, he wears a forest green shirt with a sleeveless black jacket on top of it..he also wears a street hat with a green stripe. He also wears shoes with the same colour as he eyes.
A = 19 years old
P = He is a calm and collected boy with a good attitude aka polite. He seems to be quite an intelligent guy because of his ability to read minds. He is also a person who always be curious to something new.
Leo Raijin : AP = He has blonde hair with three edges facing backwards.He wears an exact same clothes like Eric's only with a lighter shade of green...he often times wears a green scarf. He wears a green hoodie with a white underneath with a dragon symbol. He wears the shoes as Eric's but with a lighter shade of green.
A = 19 years old (Eric's twin brother)
P = He is basically a guy who wants to have a lot of adventures. He can be calm but not as calm as his twin brother, Eric. He is also can be protective when it comes to defend PPG from enemies that are too strong for them.
Zack Raijin : AP = He appears to be the tallest out of all Teenage Warriors members. He has a lime green hair with three edges facing forward. He wears the exact clothing like Eric's but the colours of the flame markings were turned into orange and light blue represents the real fire that turns blue when it became hotter. When he's not on duty, wears a Manchester United jacket with a black shirt underneath with a logo of Manchester United. He wears black jeans and a cap with a very futuristic design facing backwards.
                       A = 21 years old (Eric and Leo's big brother)
                       P = He seems to be the one who always be serious since he is the oldest of the team but that doesn't mean he always be grumpy..he can be funny sometimes. He has a very strategic attitude, it means he defeat his enemies strategically using his 'Weakness Vision'. He is the one who worries the most same like Eric when it comes to horrible danger that are approaching.
Rei Tsuzuki : AP = He wears a black jacket with a brown branch with glowing yellow outlines patterns on each end of the sleeves and at the lower end of the jacket..he has a dark green hair with a similar hairstyle like Eric's but he has three edges instead Eric's being four edges..he also wears his red headband. When he's not on duty, he wears a black shirt with a Jurassic Park logo on it and a dark blue jeans...he wears a cap facing forward.
                        A = 16 years old (Eric,Leo and Zack's cousin.)
                        P = He has a extraordinary personality because he is super wild. He loves to hang out in a jungle.
Zai Tsuzuki : AP = He has a dark blonde hair facing forward and downwards.He wears the signature black jacket with purple lightning and light blue outlines that glows. He wears a purple underneath with a vertical line of lighter shade of purple.
                        A = 20 years old (Rei's big brother)
                        P = His personality is pretty much like Zack only a bit more of a comedian. When he is serious, he has death glares every time he met one of his most hateful enemies.
Kairo Midori : AP =She has a long black hair almost reaches her waist.She wears a forest green sleeveless jacket with a pink F on the left side of the jacket..she wears a pair of black Mary Jane shoes, she wears a forest green skirt with white socks and a green singlets with a black upper parts. When she's not on duty, she wears green shirt with a v-shape  around the neck..she wears a skirt with multiple squares with a dark and light green pattern and a pair of green Mary Jane instead of black. She also seem to wear a necklace with a star which were given by Eric.
                              A = 18 years old
                              P = She appears to be a shy one of the Teenage Fun Girls. She's also acts like a Dandere.
Kaira Midori  : AP = She has a blonde hair with a ponytail facing upward. She wears an exact same outfit like Kairo only with a lighter shade of green. She wears a light pink upper less shirt with a black singlet underneath. She wears a long black socks, purple skirt and green sneakers.
                              A = 18 years old (Kairo's twin sister)
                              P = She always acts as the girls now which always fan-girling over some things. She's a Tsundere because she always she felt embarrassed every time she is alone with Leo in the inside but seem normal in the outside. Anyway, she's a nice and a caring girl just like her older sister, Mizuke.
Mizuke Midori : AP = She's a redhead with a long hair almost reaches her legs, she wears the same outfit but with a light blue and sky blue for colours but the F is still pink. She appears to have a flower on her hair. When she's not on duty, she wears a sky blue hoodie with a dark blue skirt. She also wears a pair of magenta sneakers.
                                A = 20 years old (Kairo and Kaira's older sister)
                                P = She is the mature one of the group. She is madly in love with Zack since they were first met. She often times trying to flirt Zack and keep chasing him while Zack's running for his life..😝😂.
Rin Manabu : AP = She have a really messy long black hair that reaches her waist. She wears a yellow sleeveless jacket with a long sleeve gold shirt rather than a regular Powerpuff Girls' dress. She wears a blue jeans underneath her gold skirt, she wears a pair of yellow shoes with black stripes. Whenever she is not saving the world, she wears a long sleeve shirt with a picture of a football and Manchester United logo behind the football, she wears a purple hoodie around her waist, she has a headphone resting on her neck.
A = 15 years old (Kairo and Kaira's cousin)
P = She's one heck of a girl who wants to have fun, a lot! She is super wildly...a little too wild though. She acts almost acts the same attitude like Sticks The Badger from Sonic Boom, minus Sticks's paranoia. Anyway, she is a cheerful, good hearted, kind and caring person to be together....probably that's why Rei has a crush on her.
Mei Manabu : AP = She has a black hair with a long and fluffy ponytail, she wears the exact same outfit as Kairo's but the colour is purple rather than green, she wears a pair of black Mary Jane shoes. When she's off duty, she wears a long shirt with pink sleeves. She wears a long black cat socks, a pair of shoes that almost reaches her thighs and a purple bracelet given by Zai.
