Chapter 17 "Arriving"

(Not a good picture I know. But I tried.)

3rd Perspective
"What!" The whole Ghost crew gasped, almost at the same time. Liz couldn't stare them in the eyes.

"Tell us where is Ezra!" Kanan demanded. He slam his fist on the projector. Liz took a step back, unsure if Kanan or the rest might do something. She only met them a few days ago, which felt like hours to Liz. With uncertainty fluttering in her mind, Liz tried her best to not talk about.

"This isn't your business Kanan. Not to the Rebel Fleet nor to the Ghost crew. This is something between the Spectres. And the Spectres only," Liz said unsteadly. But she said it proud just like her Master always does. She gazed at the crews eyes, either boiling with anger or surprised on how she snapped back at Kanan. Liz got a bit dizzy. Standing with a broken ankle isn't a good thing so, she decided to walk away without another word. Yet, before she was able to walk out, Ryder Azadi came into the room.

Liz's Perspective
(I know, to such of Liz's perspective)

When I saw former Governor Ryder Azadi, I held my breath and stopped walking. I have never seen him in real life, only in holograms. I've heard of him and Master Bridgers parents working together or something like that. I was nervous. He left everything behind on Lothal, it's hard to imagine what he would have done if he didn't join the Rebel Fleet. More so how he will act about the news of Master Bridger and the Spectres.

He didn't change as much. He only had a few wrinkles on his cheeks and that's all!

"Governor Azadi," I said politely. I had to look up in order to see him eye to eye. His eyes were icy blue and his copper colored skin is a bit paler now.

"So your Ezra's padawan, right?" He said in a raspy voice.

"Yes Governor Azadi." I responsed.

"I am no longer the governor of Lothal. No need to call me like that, uh, Liz is it?" he corrected me. He crossed his arms. I, once again, took a step back, holding my bandaged arm.

"Understood Mr. Azadi," I replied. What to say? What to say? I didn't want to say something stupid in front of a former governor. "Do you remember your loth-cat?"

Ugh, what type of question it that!

"Ah, yes! I had to leave him behind unfortunately, what about him?" He began to stroke his snow-white beard.

"I just wanted to say that Master Bridger has been taking care of him. He found him in the streets of Jothal and let the kids pet him, feed him, even name him." Mr. Azadi gave me a shocked look.

"Seems like Ezra doesn't want anyone or anything living on the streets of Lothal," he smiled.

"Indeed Mr. Azadi." I smiled at him. Even though I never met him, though I was born on Lothal, I always saw him as an uncle of Lothal rather than a governor. Yet, I have more than 17 uncle and aunts as what my mother last told me. I sighed. Ignoring the fact that Mr. Azadi is right there.

I miss my mother and father. I last saw them when I was 10 years old, now I'm my Masters age, 18 years old. About to be 19 years old in a few months just like Master Bridger. I wish I could see them again. And Master Bridger, too. I want to see Lexi and the Spectres. Wait, what I'm I doing. I shouldn't be thinking about this. I need to focus on what to do when Lexi arrives and what the plan will be to rescue Master Bridger. Mr. Azadi gave me a concerned gaze.

"You should go get some rest now Liz," he said. I should actually, but I wasn't tired. I was in a coma for 4 days, I can't be tired."You have a big mission coming up don't you?"

How did he know I had a mission coming up. My eyes grew large. It's almost like if he was reading my mind. Like a Jedi, but he was no Jedi. He was a Governor of Lothal that once stood with pride and confidence. People throwing tons of love. But now, the people of Lothal do that.

"Of course Mr. Azadi," I walked out of the room without looking back.

-Time skip to when Lexi arrives-

3rd Perspective
The Ghost crew were talking to Ahsoka wondering if they should go on that mission they blew off.

"Sir, the scanners have picked up a ships signal," a pilot shouted across the room.

The Ghost crew and Ashoka stopped talking and began to stare.

"What type of ship is it?" Commander Sato asked. He begun to walk towards to pilot with his arms behind his back.

"The scanners show it is the, uh, the Phantom!" he shrieked. Soon, a small ship came out of hyperspace. He wasn't wrong. Hera could tell it was the Phantom along with the rest of the crew.

"Rebel Fleet this is Lexi, Liz's friend. I am no enemy so please, don't shoot. It's already bad enough the Phantom can barely use it's guns," Lexi said over the ships com. It was hard to hear over all the static, but clear enough to hear what she said.

"Sabine, go get Liz," Kanan demanded.

Sabine obeyed and ran out the room. Soon, she came back with Liz fast walking in front of her. They both went to the window to stare at the ship like they have never seen it before. Lexi circled the fleet twice until she disappeared from site.

"Where did she go?" Zeb questioned while looking outside the window. Hera smirked.

"Nothing to worry about. I know exactly where she is," Hera replied. She new the only place to dock the Phantom is in the Ghost.

"Come on," Hera said. Walking away from the huge window. She waved her hand signaling them to follow her. "She's heading to the Ghost."

"Wait," Liz shouted at them. They quit walking and turned around, impatiently. "Let her come to us. It would be better."

"Why?" Kanan asked.

"Because, she has never seen this place before. Wait, the Ghost is docked onto this ship right?"

"Yes, yes it is, but what if Lexi gets lost?" Sabine inquired. Liz stopped to think for a second, then opend her mouth.

"She won't, she has been studying this place for a very long time," Liz said walking closer to the door and stopped a few feet away from it. She waited. The crew and Ahsoka wanted to ask her how she new her way around the ship, but did not ask. Instead, they did the same. All of them where standing shoulder to shoulder in a straight line. Chopper is the only one circling around them.

"Oh and Chopper," Liz murmured. Chopper stopped in front of her and Liz bent down. "Don't get into a fight." Chopper made confused noises. The crew didn't pay any attenion to their small conversation. Liz let out a small chuckle and stood up, "You'll understand what I'm talking about soon Chopper."

Kanan's Perspective (Short)
I waited, nervously. This is Ezra's newest team. Liz and Lexi. I don't want to embarrass myself infront of them. Especially, the Spectres. They seem and sound pretty smart to be able to hide from the fleet for 2 years. But, they were able to do so because of Ezra. I want to see him again, yet he has been captured according to what Liz told us. But, he could have escaped. He has done it many times and now since he is much more smarter and his abilities have grown, it will be easy for him. I couldn't wait to see who this Lexi girl is.

A teen came in the room, pushing two crates with her. She had a back-pack on and another person, which looked like Zare and probably is Zare, behind her. He to was pushing a crate with him.

3rd Perspective
Lexi came in the room gracefully. She was looking around to her new surroundings and awed. But, all she saw was a white room with many monitors and projectors in it.

Lexi had light golden hair with dark emerald colored eyes. Her hair reaches a little below her shoulders and had wavy and spiral tattoos on the wrist of both of her hands. She was showing her entire stomach, only having a white small shirt covering her breasts. Lexi also had wavy/spiral tattoos on her stomach and black pants on. (I know in the picture it shows her with white pants, but please bare with me. Just imagaine her with black pants.) She wasn't wearing any armor just like Liz, only what seems to be an accessory around the waist and light black boots that reach almost to her knees. She had a wavy tattoo close to the corner of her left eye. Her lips the same color as Liz. She seemed a few centimeters shorter than Liz, but not to much of a height difference. Lexi also had a brown blaster holder with two guns in it tied around her waist and another one wrapped around her right leg. Same color, but not the same size. Lexi stopped in her tracks making Zare go around her and did the same thing as her. Lexi smiled noticing the whole crew, but the one standing out was Liz. Her arms when limp.

"Hello everyone."

~Jothal is a real place on Lothal. It's where Old Jho's cantina is.
