Felicity's POV.

Let's just say after Lana caught Warren and I, things in the pack got a little chaotic. When Warren ran after her, the minute he reached her the whole pack knew what he had done. Mostly from all the yelling and profanities throw his way, surprisingly none of it was directed at me and I thought that was weird.

I didn't understand why she liked me, I wasn't even that nice to her and yet she made an effort to speak with me in a way no one else did. I think she's stupid for befriending me when I've done everything I can to separate her and Warren.

I hear a door slam from one of the upper floors above with it opening again two seconds later and Warren begging her to stop while I'm making my way to the from door. The elevator door dings it's arrival and the doors open, I take a brief moment to turn and see who it is. Lana walks out in a rush with a suitcase dragging behind her, she gives me one passing glance and sad smile on her face as she exits the house ahead of me.

While I'm making my way to my car Warren runs out of the pack house and chases after Lana's car as she pulls out of the driveway. He starts smacking her car window begging her to stop. She doesn't hesitate for a moment and leaves without a single glance back.

I continue making my way to my car, I hear him say behind me "That's it, after everything you've done you're just going to leave? You're not going to comfort me after my mate practically just dumped me? This is what you wanted all along after all, I thought you'd be biting at the chance to get me over top of you again."

"Oh Warren baby, this isn't what I wanted." I say seductively as I strut up to him with a sexy pout on my face -I did want this but he didn't need to now that. I press my front against him "If you didn't want me at all you would have kicked me out the moment I put my hands on you, yet you didn't. I think you need to stop blaming me for your mistakes; you brought this on yourself." My voices rises in volume, "If you want me then come and get me, stop acting like a child and take me like the man you are! Stop lying to yourself, you want me!"

Warren grabs me and digs his fingers into my hair, pressing his lips against mine I open my mouth to allow him the access to deepen the kiss. He kisses me like a man thirsting for water, a man hungry who needs to be fed. Just as I feel him lose all sense of thought I bring my hands up to his chest and push him roughly away putting much needed distance between us.

I stare at him and watch his face as he realizes what he's just done. Shock is written all over his face and he grabs his head with his hands in frustration. "What am I doing? Why can't I just let you go?!" he says in a voice laced with inner turmoil.

"There you go Warren, just accept it. When you've made your decision, come and find me; I'll be here to give you exactly what you want. I won't come back for a while, when you're ready come to my door and I will be waiting for you." With that I get in my car, turn the keys in the ignition and leave with out a glance. As I drive away I feel a smile spread on my face. I've got him now, he will be coming to me soon. The spider has set her trap and now lies in wait for her prey.

I walked into my house excited in anticipation for Warren to come to me, I know he will. Even with the mate bond he couldn't let go of me. "Ah Licy, I hear you changed the Alpha's thoughts on being with his mate. I was told she left in quite the temper, well done my dear" I hear him say from behind me.

I hate him, with everything I have I hate him. I've never done any of this for him, I did all of it for myself. I need Warren to get me out of this place, I can't stay in here or I'll die. Part of me also loves Warren, my wolf and I both share strong feelings for him since he is the only one who ever showed us what it may be like to be loved. He was the first person who ever loved me and was the first person to tell me they loved me. He has no idea how many times he has unknowingly saved me from a harsh beating, and for that I will always be grateful.

"Thank you." I say in a way that expresses joy at his praise, even though I don't feel that at all. "You may go to your room now Licy, I want you to go to sleep early. I want you well rested so that you may have the energy for when you see him next. Will you be seeing him soon?"

"I'm not sure when exactly, I made sure I gave the appearance that he the choice to come to me. He doesn't but I know he will come, from what happened today I know he still desires me. I left him hanging and wanting more, I have a feeling by the end of the week he will be in my room." I know it's weird that I'm sharing all this with him but when it comes to him asking me something directly I learned my lesson in telling him everything even when I don't like to. He likes to have regular reports on my progress and if he doesn't he gets angry when I don't share completely- I don't want him coming after me again.

"Good, I expect to hear about it when he does. Here, I'll give you some money to go buy something sexy for him", he pulls a medium sized roll of money out of his pocket and hands it to me. "I don't want him returning back to his mate, you need to keep him interested. I don't think you want to find out what will happen if you do. You remember that rogue I sent up to your room all those weeks ago? Well he's been asking about you, if this thing doesn't work out with Warren I have this idea that maybe I would give you to him. He has offered me a great amount of money for you, and I might just take him up on his offer." He points his index finger at me and says seriously, "Make this work Licy, otherwise you may not be happy with what will happen if you don't."

I shiver in fear, I don't want to be sold off to that disgusting horn-dog rapist who took advantage of me when I was bare and had no way of defending myself. My last time with that creep was not something I want to repeat, especially when I will find no escape from his torment since he will have every reason to do what ever he wants with me. At least with him I have a chance.
