Prologue
A strange white-haired, green-eyed kid awoke to find it dark everywhere his green eyes looked. He tried to move but found that he was tied by his wrists and ankles to what was probably a table of sorts.
He lied there, trying to figure out what to do, perhaps how to escape, when suddenly he heard someone walk up behind where he was. He tried to look at this person but found it was impossible to get a clear look. It was pointless to keep trying.
"What do we have here?" Whoever this person could be, was definitely a man, possibly middle aged or older. "A lost ghost perhaps?" The boy's face scrunched up in confusion.
"What do you want with me?" The boy questioned, his voice slightly shaky.
"Oh nothing much little one." If you were in the same room, you could hear the smirk, even if it was only slight.
"Who are you?" The green-eyed boy's voice cracked again.
"My name is of no importance, but may I ask what your is?" The boy racked his brain, searching for an answer to the man's question, only to find that there was not one, there was not anything. The boy could not recall anything, not even his own name.
"I- I don't remember..." The child stuttered.
"Ahh, I see... so it seems your new around here." The man stated.
"What do you mean?" The boy's voice barely above a whisper, but the man heard.
"Well you see, little one, to put it simply you, my friend, are dead." The older male dead planted.
"W-What do you mean..?"
"Your in the Ghost Zone now," as the man talked he foot steps could be heard walking around to face the younger one. "So I suppose you need a name, how about... Phantom?"
"Phantom? Why Phantom?"
"I'm not sure. I suppose it's just the first thing that came to mind. It might have something to do with your hair." The man trailed off slightly. He was right in front of the boy now but it was to dark for either to see the other well. "Well since you're new here, Phantom, I'll go easy on you, then perhaps... let you go."
"Easy, what do you mean by easy..?" Phantom questioned the stranger, his voice held uncertainty.
"Maybe we'll see each other again, someday." The man seemed to not of heard the boy, but Phantom was sure that he had. Suddenly, an unbearable pain spread throughout Phantom's small body. That is the last thing he remembers before everything quickly faded to black.
