Armelle's POV of the Last Night

I woke up again , having the same feeling I have when Ath sees one of those dreams. I can't understand why is she being involved. I heard her groan. I actually can see what she is dreaming due to the bond and connection of our destinies. But I still don't understand.

They( jerks) promised me and told me that I am the destined one and no one else from my family will be involved. I first thought that it would be fun and adventure but after Ath started having those dreams I realized they double-crossed me. They lied.

I was not able to control my tears after i thought of the consequences of her , my little princces being involved." Please not her , do not pass it to her" i whispered letting another tear to fall.

I went to the bathroom to have some water and wipe my face. I was so frustrated that I started talking to no one specific .
"Why? Why are you getting her involved. Why are you passing it to her. You said to me that only I can finish the task and no one else. I am the destined one not her. Please leave her alone" I muttered under my breath furiously.

"What if you are NOT the destined one? What if you were just a pawn. What if they or me fooled you dear Armelle?"

I heard this bold voice of a man. It was soo familiar and common even in the dead of the night that I did not even bother to look at the direction of the voice.

"What do you mean by this Nic. And why the hell are you here?" I snapped at him.

"Truth is really harsh you see and yes death is inevitable" he said these words sounding happy. I could smell mint which clearly indicated he vanished.

I went back to bed and tried to fall back to sleep wanting to live the present.

In an hour or so I fell asleep.

Hi guys this was Armelle's Pov which might have left you in a lot of unexplained situations and unanswered questions.
So this chapter was for bit of suspense

What is being passed?
Why is Armelle so afraid?
