"Tonight my Prince" Softly the Queen sat down next to her youngest son, looking around the sparsely furnished room where the selectees would gather. It did not give away the grandeur of the palace at all because Norman didn't want to boast.

"Do you think they will like me?" He spoke up, his voice not giving away the depth of the nerves which he was feeling. Seated on the edge of one seat, his back as straight as a rod and his hair tousled from where he had run his hands through it.

"Of cause! You are the Crown Prince!" A bellowing, happy voice echoed through the room and made both of the occupants jump and look towards the door.

The King stood here, his frame shadowing the doorway as he looked at his family.

"Estella, please come with me for a moment" He spoke up again and the Queen got to her feet, smiling at her son one more time before moving out of the room with the King.

There was silence before Norman spoke up to the empty room.

"I don't want them to fall in love with the "Crown Prince"

He got to his feet and walked out of the room, not looking back and not speaking the finishing sentence which echoed in his head.

"I want them to love me...."
