Haruka's POV:

"Ice rink time!" Dante said. "You got it!" I froze the ground that the monsters were on. They slipped and fell! "Hahaha!" We both laughed as we took out the rest of the monsters. "Phew! That's done!" I said. "Yeah. That took a lot more than I expected." Dante said as the fire on his hands disappeared. "Yeah." I said. I looked around and saw my ice fading away. "Aww... I didn't get a chance to slide on it..." I said. "What's that?" Dante looked confused. He pointed to what looked like a forest entrance. "Was that... Always there?" I asked. "We've been here before, although I don't remember that being there." He replied. "Let's GO! AAADVENTURE!" I shouted. "Sigh... But if you get us lost in this forest I'm gonna want to punch you!" He said lightly punching my arm.
~5 minutes later~
Dante's POV:

I'm surprised. When she leads the way through a forest shed usually get lost, but she hasn't! At least not yet. "Wait. What are these?" I said. She let go of my hand, and walked over to where I stopped. "What?" She asked. "These markings on the trees..." I said and all of a sudden we were jumped! "AAAHH!" We both yelled and then Haru started making ninja poses. Wait we were jumped by,... Kids? "Uh... Who are you guys?" Haruka asked after she finally stopped making ninja poses. "I'm Estelle. This is my-" the girl got cut off by the boy. "*Ahem* The best brother ever, Keith!" He stated. "What are you guys doing in the forest?" I asked. "We were-" Estelle got cut off again. "Looking for Sti- OW!" Keith got cut off by Estelle smacking him. "LET ME SPEAK DAMMIT!" She yelled. "Sorry about that, um... Oh yeah! We were collecting sticks for the fireplace at our house." She said politely. The girl, Estelle, had blonde hair, with wings. She seemed very polite, and she had pink eyes. The boy, Keith, had blonde hair as well and had a halo, along with a strap that carried a battle hammer. He seemed like the opposite, he had blue eyes, and was a little bit bold, but mostly brave. "You guys are cool! What're your guy's names?" He asked. "Would you please tell us your names?" She asked. "I'm Haruka! But you can call me Haru! And this is Dante!" She pointed to me. "Yo." I said. "Did you guys wanna see our village?" Keith said. "Yeah, why not?" Haru replied. And we started following them.
