Dalton and I got in his car and drove away. We didn't talk at all. He looked at me and we smiled. Then I got my nerve up and asked "why do we even hate each other we have so much in common?" He looked at me with a questionable look and replied "it is just better that way!" I wanted to cry. I look out the window not speaking the rest of the way. I must have dozed off cause Dalton was shaking me. "Huh?!?" I moaned as he continued shaking me. "We are home you can get out of the car now!" I slowly got out of the car dragging my feet. Dalton kept looking back at me and looked sad. I think he knew that I was upset cause I have never seen him look at me like that.
