You are allowed to be an android! But you have to know, if you are, then you must subside in the Outcast laboratory. There will not be a chapter for in one of the factions.

And of course, before I go on, the faction your character comes from is the South. South conditions are better then up in the North, and wealth is an abundance here.

I was also thinking of allowing scientist characters as well, although they'd have to be lesser Outcasts such as android caregivers or guards.
