This is my personal story. For self harm, I would just scratch. But fellow self harmers didn't think that was good enough.

They would tease and taunt me. Telling me my pain wasn't real because I didn't use a blade.

Until one day, they pushed me over the edge and I made the first cut.
I hadn't been able to stop since.

I am still to blame, for it was my decision. But peer pressure can go a long way, especially from people you care about, even them.
