Once again

I let myself feast on

the emptiness of my stomach

Hunger gnaws at me from inside

Slowly burning off the build up

of poisonous calories

My body aches for food

Just like my lungs need air

Twisting my stomach in knots

But I don't give in

I never will because

I'm strong and empty

Let my body survive

On the fat I have

Slowly disappearing
