reflections.

a glimpse of yourself distorted in the mirror, 

a glimpse of the world, warped in water. 

a glimpse into a past and current self,

a glimpse into what could be your future,

a series of glimpses until the last day. 

reflections. 

they're all around us,

but not many people utilize them.

people see physical reflections,

but what of those that are internal?

i believe some people do not reflect enough.

they just blame and take, 

but haven't learned to

it seems as though we are all reflections, no?

in some ways, we are reflections of our environments,

our upbringings, our relationships.

reflections are everywhere.  

we should use them more wisely.

⋆ i reflect on things a lot, if you couldn't tell, lol. i wish some people would reflect more. some people really need to get a grip and realize how crappy they are to people. maybe they will never care regardless though. sigh.
