People who are in different cities still see the same sunset and sunrise, they just see it in different ways. It could be the same sunrise on the same day at the same time. And then people from different cities could take a picture of it and compare. They could both be, naturally, very pretty pictures of that sunrise...but they're really different. Different cloud formations, different colors, different positions in the sky, etc.
