Kiona is a very beautiful young female, with lighter tanned skin and chocolate dark brown hair. Her hair falls down past her bottom half in dreadlocks, which have various rings and string wrapped around them. The female has pretty dark jade green colored eyes, with soft full lips, sharp brows, and a petite nose. She is of a shorter stature, her body very slim and toned with muscle, having an hourglass figure. The female has many piercings, including her septum and nose, with gauges in her ears. She also has tattoos that adorn her skin.

Due to her being a pure wicken, her attire consists of lace dresses with fabric that allows for a lot of breeze and is very easy to move in. Around her wrists are usually vertebrae of animals such as deer, and she keeps a crystal tied around her neck.

Kiona also has the ability to shift into the form of a wolf. Like all werewolves, she averages of a height of six feet tall, taller than most humans. The female's wolf is one of a rare coloring, a silvery ash, likely an offset of her pure wicken abilities. Her eyes turn a lighter shade of green when in wolf form.

Kiona is a very free-spirited young woman. She is very in tune with herself and with those of her tribe, and has the natural ability of interacting harmoniously with those she trusts. The female has an infectious smile and a pretty laugh, with soulful eyes that could just naturally draw a person in. She can be very witty and playful, and she enjoys spending time with the children of her tribe, along with the elders. Due to the recent passing of her brother, Kiona is now expected to lead, which is why she spends much of her time with the elders and learning skills from her mother about her abilities. Intelligence can prove to be a greater weapon than strength, and that is the route that Kiona has put herself on. And though she has many good qualities, Kiona can actually prove to be a bit mischievious at times. She can be rather playful and sarcastic, she loves to laugh and feel free. However, there can be times when Kiona doubts herself. She gets too caught up in what is best for others rather than herself, and she feels as though she isn't the best choice for leader. There are times where she can be snappy and a bit harsh, but only when she finds it hard to control her emotions. Kiona is also very skilled, and she is an expert with a bow and arrow. Fiercely loyal and dedicated to the protection of her tribe, she doesn't let anything get past her. She has her softer side, and would love nothing more than to settle down and be with someone she truely cares for, however, that dream seems to be rather far off at the present moment.

Kiona is considered one of the few special cases within her tribe. She inherited both the werewolf abilities from her father, and the wicken abilities of her mother.

Kiona has the ability to shift in and out of the form of a wolf, which averages about six feet tall. She has enhanced strength and senses, along with the ability to turn other humans into werewolves.

From her mother, Kiona inherited the ability to tap into her wicken powers. However, her powers are much more pure than anyone seen before. The crystal she keeps tied around her neck allows her to tap into her abilities.

Kiona was born to the Chief and Chieftess of The Mohingan Tribe, a tribe of werewolves and wickens located on a remote island off the coast of South America. Her father is Achak Mantotohpa, a pure blooded werewolf that became easily the most powerful within the tribe. Kiona's mother is Halona Mantotopha, a wicken with some werewolf blood. Halona didn't possess the power to shift into a wolf, but she did have magic flowing through her veins, a magic that was coveted by many in the tribe and outside of it. Kiona wasn't their first child, however. The female had a brother, Etu, two years her senior, who was intended to be the next Chief of the tribe. Possessing the powerful shape shifting genes that his father had, he was certainly a force to be reckoned with. Kiona, like her brother, inherited her father's shifting abilities, but with time, it was discovered that she had also inherited the wicken abilities of her mother. A half werewolf, half wicken. She was a miracle case, as there were only few in the tribe with the same capabilities she had. Kiona was always a very free spirited child, getting into trouble and sticking her nose where it shouldn't have been in the first place, but her innocent demeanor and bright laugh always let her get out of things. She was adored by the tribe, and there was no secret as to why. Although she was a happy child, dark things were always happening around her.

The Mohingan Tribe wasn't the only tribe that resided off the coast of South America. And Mohingan Island wasn't the only island around the area. There were other islands, all connected to one another in a triangle formation, dubbing the chain of lands The Kili Triangle. On those other islands within The Kili Triangle, were other tribes of an array of supernatural creatures. There were three other tribes, and none of them got along.

There was always a constant power struggle residing between the four tribes. Territories were shifted, alliances were made and broken, battles were fought, and supernaturals of all kinds died.
War was common. War was their way of life.

There was always something going on, but The Mohingan Tribe were known to be the peacekeepers, the only shred of sanity that held the other tribes together, and prevented collapse. However, being peacekeepers meant that their noses were always stuck into business that wasn't always necessarily their own, and no tribe likes to have their personal matters and feuds encroached on.

There was no sheltering Kiona from a world of constant disarray. Some of the worst battles happened within The Mohingan Tribe's very camp, and Kiona learned very early on of the type of cruel environment that she resided in. But even despite all of those moments, Kiona had faith that her tribe could get through it all. They were the good guys, weren't they? Good always overcame evil, and that was what her mother taught her.

Kiona learned from her mother the ways of her abilities, and Kiona was privy to a very pure form of magic, one more pure than anyone had seen before. She could hear the whispers of spirits past, conjure up energies, heal, even bring back some form of life from what was dying. And since her powers were so vast, she used a crystal to help channel the powers that flowed through her.
From her father, the female learned how to protect herself and how to fight, how to shoot a bow and arrow, how to throw a knife. She was taught how to use her wolf form to the best of her abilities.
But even with all of this power, Kiona couldn't protect everyone.

Not long after her brother Etu aged twenty, a turmoil of war began between The Mohingan Tribe and The Sahnish Tribe. The Sahnish Tribe was a tribe of vampires, one of the most aggressive tribes in The Kili Triangle. The fighting between the tribes was tight, and it wasn't long before the vampires brought their attack right in the heart of The Mohingan Tribe's camp. The conflict became a slaughter, and Etu became inter-tangled with the Chief of The Sahnish Tribe. Etu's rib cage was crushed as the Chief's arms got around him, but before Etu was forced to shift back from the injury, he managed to rip the Chief's head from his body. The heir to The Mohingan Tribe and the Chief of The Sahnish Tribe died within the same battle, and the struggle came to a halt. The Sahnish Tribe retreated, and The Mohingan Tribe was left to pick up the pieces.

Kiona was devestated as she made her way to her brother's crumpled body, and she tried desperately to use her abilities to bring him back. But even the strongest magic just couldn't accomplish the task of bringing the dead back to life. Kiona's mother had to take her away from her brother's corpse, and the number of other bodies began to pile up. Fourteen members of the tribe had perished, and countless others were injured.

It became clear what kind of a war this really was shaping out to be, and the exchange continued on and off for the next year. Both tribes were suffering, and it began to become clear to the other two tribes that their rivals were becoming weak. It posed a risk for the wolves and the vampires, and it wasn't fully realized on how much of a risk it really was until it hit them in the face.

The two other tribes were known as The Dakelh Tribe and The Kanza Tribe. The Dakelh Tribe were a people comprised up of sirens and nymphs, sneaky and cunning supernaturals. The Kanza Tribe was composed of some of the darkest supernaturals known to mankind, wendigos and skin walkers. Both tribes saw opportunity in the falling of The Mohingan Tribe and The Sahnish Tribe, and an alliance was formed.

In the middle of another brawl between The Mohingan Tribe and The Sahnish Tribe, both the The Dakelh Tribe and The Kanza Tribe intruded upon the battle and wreaked havoc upon the wolves and the vampires. The fight didn't last long, but it became painstakingly clear that the newly aligned tribes wanted to profit off the downfall of the other two. They left The Mohingan and Sahnish Tribes with no choice. Both tribes had dwindling strengths and numbers on their own.

In an effort purely to stay alive, The Mohingan Tribe and The Sahnish Tribe came together in an agreement. They would join their tribes together to survive, and they would have one matter in place to ensure it stayed that way.

Kiona was to be betrothed to Matoskah Vohkinne, the future Chief of The Sahnish Tribe. Kiona was fiercely opposed to the idea, but she was given no choice. Alliances had to be ensured, and in a world of war, it was all or nothing.

In the real world, things are not always as they seem to be. So who is to deem what is real, and what's not? Who can claim what is fact and fiction without having all the answers? One thing is for sure. Only the known is safe, and the unknown is everything but that.

How could a mortal ever end up changing and sending the world of the supernatural into a wave of uncertainty and disarray? How could the actions of one human slash through the way of life of those who are anything but human?

The world was always somewhat of a mystery to you. There was always such a perceived way of life, how things should be. Grow up and get a good job, get married and have a house with a white picket fence, have children. The modern day dream.
However, that wasn't what you wanted.
The tame and utterly mundane way of living for others wasn't for you. You wanted to make your own way of living, live life the way you wanted to, without anyone to tell you how it should be. Without someone to tell you how your life would be fulfilling.

Adventure was something you craved, and that was just what you were going to get.

Ever since you were in high school, you knew that you wanted to travel the world, to go out and experiance things that you had never been exposed to. The risk and the freedom was something that you wanted to experiance, and though you had experianced it to some extent through mischievious activity, there was always something more to be desired. So why not throw caution to the wind?

As soon as you could get a job, you were working, and you worked hard for every dollar and penny that went into your bank account. Saving every cent that you could, what you wanted to put the money towards was clear in your mind. You wanted to explore the world, travel to places, have late nights of wandering around in lands unknown to you.

Once you were in your twenties, after having saved for as long as you deemed necessary, you decided that it was now time to go out into that great big world. Cost was no longer a problem, you had saved for years, and it was now time to put that money to good use.

For the first half of a year, you traveled to Spain and went well into the countries of Europe. You lived amoungst the locals and those on the streets, partied during some nights, and others you wandered out into the world, just marveling at everything it had to offer. It was all an adventure, and you could hardly get enough of it. Living day by day, with all the risks and rewards, it was as though you were living in your own little fantasy. It certainly wasn't one fairytail you intended on ending. After making many friends and traveling in Europe, you decided it was time for a change in scenery.

Before you knew it, you had hopped on a plane with a one way ticket to South America. You had simply chosen the soonest flight, not minding wherever it would land you. By morning, after a twenty hour flight, you had landed in Santiago, Chile. The flight had been one hell of a ride, and you spent the next few days recovering from the jet lag, before it was time for you to head off. To where, you weren't quite sure, but no matter where it was, it would be an adventure. After talking with some local tour guides, you headed off into the temperate rainforest of Chile, and you had many nights where you pitched tent and slept out in the wilderness, with nothing but your own thoughts. It was peaceful, quiet, and while that was nice, you knew that you craved something more.

Following days of wandering through the forest with nothing but a map to guide you, fate would have it that you stumbled upon a small village along the coast. They were a welcoming people, and you found it intruiging, the way that they lived. Your interest led you to staying many nights within the village, talking with the people and their elders, learning of how things worked. But what really interested you was the stories and legends that passed around the people that resided there. Stories beyond your wildest dreams, of people that turned into large animals, and of others that cannibalized on their own species. Histories of beings that lived on both the land and in the ocean, little tricksters that slipped through forests, and of beings that could shape shift into anything they desired.

The records of the unknown and speculated were what interested you the most. Without a doubt, you could listen to the village elders talk for hours on end about things that were so beyond anything that could ever truely be real. While listening to their accounts of the unknown, you picked up on something that was rather interesting...

Off the coast of Chile, a ways into the ocean, was a remote location known as The Kili Triangle. Comprised of large islands far away from civilization, The Kili Triangle was said to be one of the most dangerous places in the whole world. It was made of natives that rejected any and all contact with the outside world, natives that were said to potentially possess abilities that were otherworldly, though it was all rumors. Nobody that had gone out to explore the islands had ever come back, it was uncharted territory. The question was, how could this place remain so elusive? The question was one that ran rapid in your mind, and you were intruiged. After a few more days in the village, you decided that it was time yet again to travel.

With directions from the village, you were able to make it back to civilization, and there was one thing you were determined to get. A boat and a guide, to take you out to find The Kili Triangle. You had learned enough from the elders of the village, and had a good idea of the general direction you needed to start heading in. With the right price, you were able to get the travel guide and ship that you desired, and you were off into open waters. Yet another adventure was on the horizon for you, and you were more eager than ever to find what your heart desired, the answers to the unknown.

Time on the open ocean had turned into days, and the weather had been clear. However, the sights all around you remained the same. Blue waters out to the horizon, with no land in sight. Determined still, you urged your guide to continue on with the journey, even though he had warned that the sky told a sign of bad storms soon on the way. Nothing could outweigh the desire for adventure within you. Soon enough, as the guide had said, the storm was on the horizon, and it hit the small ship hard. The rain was unrelenting, and the waves were of a mass size that splashed water up onto the surface of the boat. Darkness spanned out for as far as the eye could see, and you couldn't make out anything around you as the darkness surrounding you only became more present. For the first time ever while out traveling, you felt the real danger of what you were doing. While helping your guide try and get ahold of the ship, a large wave of water came and crashed upon the ship, sending you into a world of black.

You didn't know when it was that you woke up, but it wasn't during the time of the storm. When your eyes slowly blinked open, the white light of the sun filled your vision, and you could hear a soft breeze, and billowing leaves. Your body ached, and your clothes were damp, but quickly drying under the heat of the sun. Slowly, you pushed yourself up to your knees, looking around in a bit of shock as your memory came to. And along with your memory was the scene in front of you. After the long night, you had somehow washed up onto the coast of a large island, made up of rocky outcrops and tall trees. It was a beautiful scenery of the forest, but the question was, where were you? Glancing around, you noticed that there were washed up supplies and parts of the ship along the coast, but no sign of your guide. There wasn't anything you could do but pick yourself up, and figure out what to do.

Before long, you had resorted to picking along the washed up supplies. A backpack was laying on the pebbled shore, and you picked it up, filling it with any supplies you could use that were found along the coastline. Everything that had happened set aside, you knew that you needed to find fresh water more than anything else. You wouldn't make it more than a few days without it. Panicking would only make everything worse, and you relied on your skills that you had picked up along the way to carry you through this. Without another thought, you headed off into the forest, listening closely for the sound of any fresh water.

Around five hours had passed, and sunset was starting to spill across the sky in an array of pinks and oranges. Finally, you arrived upon a stream, and you got down next to the water as you took a fresh drink of water, clean water. No doubt it ran off of one of the rocky outcrops up above. Maybe you could get a vantage point from one of the peaks and scout a way for you to go. Just as you were picking yourself up from the side of the stream, you looked up when you heard the sound of a soft rustling.

Your body completely froze up at the sight in front of you, part of your mind in awe, while the rest was going off in an alarm. In front of you, standing on one of the stepping stones in the stream was a young woman. The female was of a shorter stature, but she was slim and toned, with dark jade colored eyes. Her hair fell back behind herself in dreadlocks that were tied back and adorned in rings of metal and strings of different colors. She wore a white lace dress that was see through nearly everywhere, and it flowed around her effortlessly in the soft breeze that swept the forest. Smeared across her face was black paint, but you could tell past the paint she was a beautiful young woman. Along her wrists were cuffs made of bone, and a crystal hung around her neck in the form of a necklace. Tattoos adorned her soft skin, and she had many piercings. She was unlike anyone you had ever seen before... But she also held a bow and arrow, with the arrow drawn back and pointed straight for your chest, with a look that was hard as her posture remained straight and composed.
What do you do?
