I cringed waiting for them to get the connection and start making fun of me. that never came though and when I looked back up I say they were staring at me waiting for me to explain more. I did

" So this place is called Equestria and in this place there are weirder things than Pegasus. I'm talking about unicorns, Alicorns and talking horses. All of these animals have a thing on there.... Flanks that tells what there talent is. They're called cutie marks. Also, we need to be careful because on this planet or wherever we are there are no other people like us and these horses rule the world and most likely don't know what a human is. Everything clear?" I said wrapping it up. In response I got several blank stairs back at me. It was like this for several long minutes before the awkward silences was broken.

"So Hayley, how exactly do you know about all this?" asked Alison.

Crap, what do I say?! I thought. This was about to get interesting

"Well you see, There is this show back home about this place and my cousin loves it so of course I've seen it too and I am kind of part of its fandom." I replied turning redder and redder as I explained.

"So what's this show called Hayley?"  asked Delanie. Great

" its called..." I said before getting cut off by a sound to my left. We all turned and watched a blond horse with a braid jump out of the bush with a pink pony and a purple unicorn following right behind.

"Run!" I screamed but apparently didn't have to because we were off in a flash.

"get back here!" yelled the blond horse

"we wont hurt you!" called the unicorn

We ignored all of these attempts to get us to slow down and stop. We raced through the underbrush as fast as we could. Occasionally I would catch glimpses of my friends through the brush but we didn't stop. The sound of pursuit behind us was getting louder and louder until finally we heard a scream. We all stopped dead and turned around to see what it was. that was our mistake.

"Gotcha!" cried the  blond horse towering over Delanie

"HELP!" screamed Delanie

when we stopped we failed to notice the blue Pegasus flying right above our heads. When we stopped it swooped down and got Alison as we stared horror struck at Delanie being captured.

We started to run again trying to get away as fast as possible but they got Karly and Svitlana. I was the only one left. I ran and ran trying to escape but it was no use they wee ponies after all.

I was tackled from behind and held to the ground. In my last attempt to escape I tried to roll out from under my captor but they were too strong. That's when I noticed Her. Tiffany was with them also and it looked like she was helping them capture us! I couldn't believe it. At that point I stopped struggling and was let up although the pink pony who pinned me down did keep a close eye on me to make sure I didn't try and run, though I don't think that would have happened because I was so winded.

"what do you want with us" I asked as my friends gathered around me in a tight circle

"How can you understand us?" asked the purple unicorn bewildered.

"Don't know" was my only reply

"Well, your friend here just happened to wander onto the apple orchard and today was the start of apple buck season so we were all helping in the orchard when we saw her stumble out of the woods." laughed the blond horse pointing at Tiffany.

Delanie rushed over to tiffany and gave her a big hug.

"Oh Tiffany don't scare us like that! We were so worried and were looking for you everywhere!" Delanie exclaimed hugging Tiff tighter.

"Well I'm glad you thought it was a good idea to wander off somewhere and let us all sleep in and not le us know in any way where you were going" I said walking over and Giving her a hug. I never could be mad at her for long. She just has these huge puppy dog eyes that make her look so adorable!

"We should probably get going then" I said starting to turn toward the group to try and figure out where to go next.

"Would you like to help" asked the blond pony

"With what?" I asked cautiously

"Well, apple bucking of course!" said the pink pony

Everyone looked at me. Again.

"I don't see why not" I said with a shrug and started to follow the ponies with my friends close in tow
