We both scream and close the window immediately. There were more thuds, growling could be heard.

The whole auditorium was silent. Peter was asking us what happened but we were blank so he goes the window to look outside, tries to open the window but Alyssa shouts "Stop" "Yeah, everyone locks the doors and windows immediately or we all are gonna die." I said

"But why?" asked Jeff

"We'll explain later but first do what I said"

Everyone bolt all the doors and the windows and gathered near.

"Okay, now tell us what's going on?" one said

"I hope this isn't any prank," another one said

"No this isn't" Al and I shouted.

"While we were sitting down near the window, we heard a thud so Al and I opened the window, we didn't find anything at first but later.." I said

"We saw those creatures crawling down, eating dogs" Al continued

"Eww"

"Are you serious?"

"Yes I am go stand near the window and watch it by yourself just make sure you don't open the window," I said

Everyone pushed each other and went near the window to look at those creatures.

"So Ellie was right!" a girl said.

The creatures were slimy, kind of like reptiles around six feet long, green in color, had just two teeth but were sharp enough, had three eyes red in color. I was thinking about my brother, is he safe?

"Ellie"

"Ellie!" Al said pulling my hand

"What's wrong?" I asked

"Do you remember that day? Harry's body? With the same teeth marks?" Al said.

"OHHH Yes I do!" I responded

"Maybe we'll know what to do next in your sketchbook!" she said and continued "Where is your sketchbook?"

"Umm...it's at my house!" I replied

"Look the door is about to break," a guy said

"Yeah we should head upstairs," I said

Everyone rush upstairs, half of them to classrooms, few to labs, all get spread out. Jeff, Alyssa, Peter, and I were in the first-floor bathroom. Like seriously bathroom? Yeah everything else was crowded. I call my brother, he lifts the call I inform him about everything and I tell him to get my sketchbook from our house and also to inform the monster hunters if they have any idea about these creatures.

"He is on it!" I said

"Oh okay," Jeff said

"No one's ever gonna forget this prom," Al said

"Yeah, how excited we were!" Peter said.

We all were actually safe here, there were just three of them and probably they would go away in a while. I got a call from my brother saying to me that these creatures are too strong but they feed only on fresh meat and green leaves.

While I was talking to my brother someone from the second floor threw a lit match stick at one of the creatures and it melted away just like wax does. "Woah! They get affected by fire" I guessed but just in a glance it remade itself into that slimy creature again. So my bad I guessed wrong.

"Where you now?" I asked my brother, John. "Just there but how do I come against these creatures?" he questioned

"Oh I didn't think about that," I said "We somehow need to get their attention towards something," he said

"Guys, I'll come back in a while!" I said

"What? Where are you going?" asked Jeff

"Down! My brother's near by I'll go with him and find a way to get you guys out!" I said

"Have you gone crazy? Those creatures are literally down here" said Jeff

"I know that but someone has to! My sketchbook might have hints" I said

"Well then even I am coming!" said Jeff rudely

"What? Why you?" I responded

"If you won't allow me then you are not allowed to go as well!" he said

"Ugh! Okay we both are going!" I said

We informed Alyssa and Peter and head downstairs. "We need to do something to distract them," he said

"Yeah but what?' I responded

"Maybe food?" he said

"That's lame!" I replied

"But there's meat so maybe we can try!" he said

We threw meat all over right behind the school building. We both were standing right next to the main door waiting for the creatures to go. After a while, they were all gone behind the school, this was a chance. Jeff and I quickly unlock the bolt and say Al to lock it immediately after we leave. We ran behind the trees looking for my brother.

"Where is he?" Jeff asked

"I don't know, I'll call him," I said

"Okay"

Soon after I called him, his car was right in front of us. We get inside the car, close the windows too. I quickly scan over my sketchbook and we heard another thud nearby.

"Bed down and hide!" said my brother.

Later when they were gone, my brother starts driving.

"W-where are we heading to?" asked Jeff

"To our home, this isn't safe" he replied

We were heading back to home, half the town was messy. People were dead on roads. Looking at all of that I responded "We have to do something quickly"
