Hunter's pov

I sat on the bench in one of the local parks in town, my dragon like wings spread out. I looked around and sighed. She's late. I thought. I looked behind me to see 2 kids looking at my wings in awe. Their parents scolded them and forced the kids to look away with sad expressions on their faces. You see, hybrids are very rare. Lots of people curse them. I guess it's either because they're afraid or jealous. I shrugged it off, and texted my best friend. I've never had the courage to tell her how I actually feel about her. Yeah, I'm bi, something wrong with that?

H: Where ya at?

I waited to get a reply, soon she texted me back.

T: I got caught up in a bunch of shit, I'll be there soon.

I smiled. Tilly, that's her name, she's a cat hybrid. I soon saw her walking towards me. She smiled and waved as I did the same. She sat down next to me. "How ya doin?" She asked.

"I'm doin fine, just the haters." I said. She nodded.

"So, what do you want to do today?" She asked and I shrugged. She smiled when she saw the necklace I was wearing. "You wear it everyday, don't you?"

"Of coarse I do." I said smiling at her. Then we began to walk around town, ignoring the glares that were sent our way. Just then 3 men came out of no where, trapping us in an alley. I stood in front of Tilly as they took some guns from their pockets. I used my sorcery and made a force field. "Run!" I said to Tilly who nodded and rushed up the wall. They began to shoot at her but were too late. Then then began to shoot at me, but to no avail. Someone must have heard the gunshots cause I heard sirens. I smiled. The cops pulled up and I took my force field down and began to walk away. Then one of the cops grabbed my arm. "Hey! What are you doing?! I'm not the one who pulled the trigger!" I shouted.

"You're under arest (spelled right?) for," the next part he whispered in my ear, "being the last freaking dragon hybrid on the face of the earth." He said smiling like a mad man. I was going to protest more but I knew it wouldn't work, so I just hung my head and let them cuff me. I looked at the roof of the building Tilly ran onto, and she was crouching there, tears in her eyes. "It'll be ok." I mouthed to her. I tried to use my sorcery to teleport me somewhere, but then I realized that the cuffs they had put on me weren't any ordinary cuffs, they were cuffs that blocked the one who is wearing them from using any kind of powers. Damn them! I thought as I was forced into the back of the cop car. I ended up staring out the window, wishing I could see my family again, but they were all killed. How will I get out if this mess?

I honestly do wear the necklace everyday, it's not weird. Hope you guys enjoyed! See you all in the next update!
